Great Place to stay in Round Rock - literally 3 minutes from the Kalahari. Very convenient and cozy room for my needs. Will definitely stay here again.

Request to have AC turned on and the room was perfect coolness when we arrived. Any questions or requests I had the staff was prompt to address. Everyone was very friendly and helpful the entire stay!

Would be nice if there was a shuttle to Kalahari. Owned by same people but this is more affordable. Bed was comfy, breakfast good. Would stay again.

Reserved a king room (with confirmation email) and was given a queen room with no explication why or ability to change it. Also, room did not get as cool as would have liked. Breakfast was great.

To make matters worse, there was only one employee working at the front desk, which made the check-in process take much longer than it should have. Traveling with my wife and infant daughter, this was especially frustrating after a long day. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of assistance from the staff made for a very disappointing experience. I expected a clean, comfortable room and better customer service.

I have to be honest, I usually do not stay at LaQuinta’s but this one is brand new and very nice. I would stay here again.
