Not good

It’s a good affordable place to stay but the rooms are small they need detail work like the restroom door was falling apart i stayed in 106 the refrigerator was small for a 4 day stay there were no chairs no place to sit and eat especially for being there a week. The ac was not as cold as expected. The staff was amazing though the pool was great!!! Many good food places around

The most disgusting place I've ever stayed at. When I pulled my sheets back there were literally fake fingernails in the bed, the mattress was flipped upside down and when I flipped it the right way up it was severely stained WITH PEE AND BLOOD STAINS. There were blood stains on the pillow cases. The door locks were broken. The curtains were ripped etc. I took pictures and showed the gentlemen at the front desk. He handed me a clean bed set and then stated "we know about the beds we are currently renovating" would not give a refund or even a partial refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

They gave my room away after I booked it, location is horrible

El aire acondicionado es demaciado antiguo por ende es muy grande , la hablacion es pequeña y le quita mucho espacio, la piscina todo excelente pues acorde a su precio.

I was there for a week and I am with my emotional service. Animals have there for a week. And then earlier today they try to pull out the only two pets per room. I have four cats and three.Dogs with papers that states that their emotional service animals they’re kicking me out of the property on Saturday. They were trying to not let me say tonight and tomorrow they told me I had to leave Saturday.

I left my my glasses there called the next day and they didn't want to check , so they said call later I did , then they told me that I had to wait for the manager . So the next day I called and then they told me they couldn't find them

The ac had a dead roach hanging we went to the pool and there was roaches in the pool disgusting.
