The staff is definitely their best asset. My husband was having surgery at Beaumont and the location of this property cannot be beat. You do not even need to get out on the highway to get to the hospital from the hotel.

The room was clean and the staff was exceptional. The air conditioning in our room seemed loud, but I slept just fine. We were unable to check-out through the TV like other hotels, but check-out at the main desk was quick. Overall, good place to stay when passing through.

We were greeted by everyone when we walked I. The doors and every time we were in space with any employee. It was noticeable and appreciated. The breakfast was great! And the lady running that did a great job! Delightful! We would stay there again.

I get that operating costs have risen but it seems on a stay of 4 nights there should be some level of room service done. There is not enough drying space for towels nor adequate air flow in the room to fully dry towels. This should be addressed.

When I called I was told restaurant and bar area. None of it took me 15 minutes to check in. Woman was sweet but grossly understaffed. No soap in shower. Shower had mold. Very overpriced and horribly disappointec

Super friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast included with your stay offered selections that were hearty and delicious. Quiet and modern with a convenient snack selection for after hours. Located in the hospital complex off the main road, Woodward, it is conveniently located and only minutes from shopping centers, entertainment and freeways.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The walls are thin, so you can hear the neighboring rooms easily. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Beds were comfortable; room had nice bedside lighting and charging access.
