Excellent and friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of parking

I like that everything is new and fresh. What they could improve upon is having carts to help bring your luggage. We were only there two nights but I never saw any sign of carts. The soap in our shower was empty I didn’t mention it to the front desk figured when they came to clean they would fill it but they didn’t clean the room.

Seems like a lack of customer service, but others might see it differently. Anyway, learn from my mistake.

When I got there they had no record of my reservation through you, I had to pay for my own room!! My reservation through you was non refundable to get a cheaper price, I never expected Expedia would screw me over like this I have no recourse. I’ll never use Expedia again, your service is pathetic.

Breakfast had many options. It started on time. Food was properly heated. There is a bar next door that played loud music until 10pm which was annoying. Also people in other rooms were noisy and some talked in the hall in late hours. There was confusion with our booking for an extra day.

The staff was exceptional. Arriving kate for free breakfast I was Assured I could take anything still out and several people asked for fruit and bagels which the staff supplied. The same woman put together two breakfasts of fruit and yogurt for a young man who arrived even later. It was very nice.

Overall, we had a good experience at the Hyatt. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and we were pleased with the condition of the property and our room. Unfortunately, the guests in the room above us were extremely noisy and seemed to stomp and walk heavily throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The noise was frustrating, but aside from that, we were happy with the hotel itself. I would stay again, although I would definitely request a top-floor room next time.

Nice clean room. The roof top ac system or whatever machinery that was directly above us made a constant grinding, ringing noise. Often a drone that kept me up nearly all night and gave me a headache. I imagine if we had any other room my response might be different. Upon checkout, I wasn't asked how my stay was or I was so cranky I probably would have addressed it then. The desk worker simply took the key and said thanks. The place is nice. The noise from the roof ensured I had a absolutely miserable time.
