Royal Inn Hotel

Great place time stay. Closed to alit of great things to do and dinning ,well let's just say if you want it you can get it. Lots of really good restaurants.

This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. The lobby is the only thing that has been renovated in years. Our room was old and dingy. The television only had three channels that were full of static, so you couldn’t watch TV. Their Internet did not work, nor the phone to even call the front desk. Our beds had no top sheets and we killed two cockroaches in our room. The only positive thing I can say is the young lady was very nice, but unfortunately not very helpful.

It needs work on the area

The lady that waited on me. The room I had a noisy refrigerator lady next door kept locking herself out the room drunk made noise outside 8 didn't get no sleep the whole time.

The pool area was not clean, mold everywhere, and everything has padlocks. I wish there was a spot I could post the actual pictures of the property. It's NOT like the listing.. BEWARE.

The property is in decay.

A really nice place. Helpful staff, clean room and a large pool area with a nice view of a lake. Unfortunately it rained everyday so I never got to use the pool or the adjacent tiki bar.

Our AC did not work. So, we didn't even stay the second night we paid for. Mildew smell / bleach. Most importantly, we could not close the window to the room. So basically, the window was unlocked to our room.

I have never been in a hotel that was more nasty. When we opened the door it smelled of mold! They had an air purifier inside. The carpet was nasty, bathroom was nasty, bedspreads were stained. Kitchette was moldy! We immediately turned around and left, went to office and complained but they refused to give us a refund. So sad. Very disappointed!

The rooms had no central air, only a unit that was turned off. The room was hot, damp, and had a moldy smell. Took a few hours to cool the room. The towel housing the toiletries was wet. The bathroom door was damaged from apparent water or moisture. The coffee center had sugar that was old and crystallized. There were no stir sticks. The only amenity was the pool, but given the condition of the room, we opted to skip it.

Problems getting the right room I had booked. Was sent to 4 different rooms until I was given the appropriate room. Place is ran down. Has a nice pool. I'd stay again for the location. Just don't expect much.

I was there only for a night and it was very difficult to sleep because of the strong smell of mold. Also the air conditioning was throwing dirt and dead bugs over the bed. Maybe the filter was dirty? I don’t know.It was more expensive than some others around and honestly I expected much more. Very disappointed and my daughter needed to take medication for allergies because of the mold smell.
