Was booked for business trip. Bugs in my room, have to take out your own trash, get your own towels and housekeeping has to be requested because the staff is outside smoking and talking smack about each other. If you go to the desk and the old man is there he won’t look up from completing his DL renewal. Staff at the front desk is dressed unprofessionally and not kept. Not a place o would recommend.

Very convenient location. Near lots of shopping and dining, and right next to Rte 422. The suite had a nice setup, with the "living room" and kitchen separate from the bedroom. The room had a musty smell, there must have been an animal or two in there previously, since the hotel does allow pets. The rooms/hotel can use some updating. Coffee machine didn't work, which we found out at 5:30 am, when we were ready to have a cup or two. Had to go down to the lobby to get coffee. Handicap parking spots are not directly in front of the hotel, but down to the left a bit. Not a bad place to stay, but not great, either.

Staff are friendly and professional. The room was great with the exception of the air conditioning which took time to come on. Comfortable.

Breakfast was cold the three mornings we stayed there. Furniture was old and torn. Door to one bedroom was hanging off the hinges. Tv controller was missing. Never offered to replenish coffe, towels,etc. Except for the desk personal everyone’s else seemed to be sitting around not doing anything when there was lots to do. Beds were great!

This is an older property with a number of items needing repair. But the room was very spacious (2 bedroom suite) that met my needs and the staff was very friendly.

Showed up for check in at 5 pm, two hours after check in time, and room wasn’t ready. Had to wait 30 minutes for a room. We had a reservation so why?? Desk clerk was out front smoking when we arrived. Had to wait for her to come in. Room was beat up. Smoke detector hanging off the wall. Lamp not working in one bedroom. Hallway was nasty gross. Smell of weed in the hallway.

Hotel is very clean and bed was comfortable: great water pressure in shower. Breakfast was really good. Staff were all very polite and curious.

Clean room. Hard to regulate the heat. Fold out couch was old and could use replacement. Shower also needing replacement.

The hallways doesn’t have a fresh smell. One of the workers was smoking while walking down the hallway when I stepped out my room and the rooms are not in the best condition compared to the other staybridges I have stayed in.
