Other than the bathroom flooding and I’m not sure where the water came from, and mopping up the floor with a towel showed some dirt on the floor, it was a good stay. Staff was amazing! Breakfast wasn’t much but it was fine. Would stay here again if needed.

The staff was very friendly especially Jennifer and Melinda. Very accommodating to guests! They were constantly cleaning. The room was clean. Definitely needs an update/remodel but it was clean and fairly comfortable. Could use new mattress. Needs Sugar free syrup for the waffles for diabetics

We arrived around 1:00 a.m. to check in. As we pulled up, a man was sitting on a bench outside the main entrance smoking marijuana, drinking alcohol, and was barefoot. The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful, but what appeared to be her adult children were sprawled across the lobby furniture, which gave the lobby an unprofessional impression. After checking in, we walked to our room and immediately noticed a strong, musty odor throughout the hallways that carried into the room. The carpet felt damp even through our shoes, and there were large stains on both the ottoman and the lounge chair, as well as throughout the room. Based on the overall condition, cleanliness, and atmosphere of the property, we did not feel comfortable staying. We checked out less than an hour after checking in and found accommodations elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the positive reviews that led us to book this hotel.

Our bedroom was in excellent condition.

Everything was musky smelly, back door to parking lot was broken card lock doesn't work so it's not locked all night.

Staff was friendly and place was clean.

Hotel was very dated and mattresses were very lumpy and could feel springs! Didn’t know they still made those kind of mattresses!?
-
It was better than I had expected! Definitely worth the visit.

Loved the breakfast and location. Only downfall were the mattresses. They were a bit too soft for me. I usually need something a little firmer. But overall it was nice.

Great people

It was friendly. Not worth it for an extended stay. We were there for just a few hours. It was stinky and cleaning people do not seem to clean rooms deep enough as there was mess in the chair cushion and behind things were very dirty. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was average.

Nice place. Good location, friendly receptionist, and the room and the common areas were clean. Sure, there are signs of wear and tear, and the breakfast was pretty basic. For the price, though, it was great. I get a little nervous when I book a room this cheap, but in this case I got a solid deal. I will definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

On our last morning we went to the lobby to get breakfast at 8:40 (breakfast served 6-9) and they were out of biscuits. When we asked for some more we were told “kitchen is closed”. I think we all know they aren’t baking biscuits and that they are just warming up frozen biscuits. Quality Inn and Suites is the only hotel in town and they act like they know it….

It was a very reasonable price. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was courteous and friendly. It's a quiet location. You will need to drive a few blocks to find restaurants, but there are several choices.

This is a nice and quiet hotel. The rooms were good, beds comfy, and breakfast had a lot of good options. Will definitely stay again!

Breakfast was decent. Ate at Pizza Hut within walking distance. Parked our fifth wheel and truck in the front of the building. Front desk lady was awesome and very helpful.
