It was close to the Lake Wilson that we were visiting for the weekend. And it had good parking with our boat. The room wasn’t clean enough we saw pet hair and the sheets didn’t smell clean. And the pillows were really bad and old!!

The “fitness center” was a joke. It was dark because the lights didn’t work properly, the treadmill barely functioned, and the free weights started at 15 pounds with no lighter options. Calling this a gym is a stretch. The customer service didn’t make up for the poor condition of the property. When I approached the front desk the employee was unfriendly. Between the mildew smell, poorly maintained facilities, and lackluster customer service, this hotel fell far below expectations. I won’t be staying here again and can’t recommend it to others until major improvements are made.

The room had a high humidity level obvious rust on the metal door frames. Odor -musty carpet cleaning up didn't dry from cleaning pet urine? or malfunctioning air conditioning unit that was very noisy waking me up frequently through the night.

The only issue was the breakfast no eggs, bacon or sausage, just a low budget breakfast.

Made reservations on line. Staff greeted us and handled check in quickly and efficiently. Inn and room recently redone to updated appearance. Plenty of outlets for electronics. Very clean and beds were great.

Room was clean. Shower was not in great shape. Water spots and crusty stuff all over knobs and shower head. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the QI in Russell KS. The hotel room was roomy and on the second floor. The Breakfast was good. The QI was about 25 minutes from the World's Largest Czech Egg, which my wife really enjoyed. the Staff recommended Meridy's for dinner and the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. our other reason was to see the World's largest Ball of Twine in Cawker City KS. This was about one hour away. It was GREAT!!!

All was fine. Quality in needs better quality breakfast. The food flavor is low quality.

Maintenance repairs were needed. Shower head was old and we were in a handicap accessible room which we didn’t ask for.
