Our granddaughter had left her stuff bunny in the bed. House keeping found it and took it to the front desk. They called us and kindly will be sending back to her. So that made our trip even better. We had all enjoyed the Dismal Canyon the evening we stayed there. It was great to have a clean room after the night tour. The staff there was the best!

This hotel was comfortable and had clean rooms. There were some small maintenance updates needed but theyre renovating right now - im sure the updates will be great. I was thankful to find a chain hotel in such a rural area of Alabama for my work trip!

I liked their Executive Suite because not only of the kitchenette w/it's own sink but plenty of space.

The room was great, newly remodeled.

Everything was clean and excellent

My King Suite was awesome. However, their fire sprinkler system had an issue and 3rd. Floor guests put elsewhere and the replacement room was nowhere near same high quality.

It’s the only game in town. They are trying to update it which is necessary! Location is good! Facility is just old and run down.

The staff was very nice and the free breakfast was good. The pool was not open.

Good location

The pool wasn't open, which made sense, but still wasn't labeled as seasonal (late April in the South) The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast on time and well managed. Waited at the desk because our keys didn't work the 2nd day for about 10 minutes without a bell or any way to contact staff. Always a plus when there's a bathtub, as the hot tub wasn't available Stayed while visiting The Dismals Canyon

No hot water television didn't work

It was close to my destination It wasn’t clean, had hair everywhere especially in the restroom! Also at breakfast the attendant didn’t greet me a black woman, as she did other guests!
-
The worst bed I have ever sleep on . If I had not already paid for the I would left and found another place. The AC unit cut off and on and hard time cooling the room to 70 degrees

Hotel need updating. Staff was nice

Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Cleanliness of the room has gone down hill since i stayed at the property a few years ago. Mold on the curtains, drain plug in the tub not working, dirty sheets, mold on the ceiling, and tv guide sheet looked like someone had whiped their boogers on it multiple times.

The room was clean, but could definitely use a good updating. Overall this stay was fine with service above average.

I truly enjoyed my stay over the holiday season! The only thing was my room had two huge bugs in it that crawled up the walls. It made me uneasy. So I asked the front desk to get them down and she brought a vacuum to get it down. It had an odor to them after they were killed.
