It is a convenient location. The appearance of the building was disappointing and dated, but the lobby was nice as was the staff and the breakfast. It is right near a loud highway was made it hard to sleep. We had to run the air conditioner to sleep. The bathroom was clean .

I am highly disappointed at my stay this time. I am a frequent returner to this location because of how I enjoyed my stay. The housekeeping this to ground put minimal effort into cleaning. I received towels with stains on them. Arrived with no shower curtain in my room. The counters were never wiped down and I arrived with hair in the bathroom sink. The staff needs to pay a little more attention to detail. My bed was remade poorly like they just threw the comforter right over it basically so when I returned from work, it was poorly made. I took a shower that morning and the walls were dirty to where the water that ran down them left brown spots on the floor. With that being said, that same brown water spot was on the floor when I returned so no effort was made into cleaning. I seen a blob of something (not sure what it was) between the bed and the nightstand. Overall stay was okay this go round but wish it were better.

That it was close to the church They did not give me my $50.00 deposit back and made up a lie about me locking a maintenance guy in the room and they smelled a burning smell. I called the hotel and they said this is why. I want my money back. I'm disabled. I could not lock a man in the room plus I don't smoke! I can't believe they would go this far to keep a person's money especially a disabled person. I have pictures of the room and when I left for just this very reason, to steal people's money. I called the hotel and the girl told me to talk to the manager. She hung up. I tried calling back she wouldn't answer. I will continue until I get my money they don't deserve to steal from me!

Customer service was great. The room was dirty. Brown stuff all over the tile like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. Hair in the tub like it wasn’t scrubbed. Brown stuff on doors and walls. Looked like the only thing they did to “clean” was make the bed and put fresh towels.

The location was decent - close to the interstate and the main north-south road through Russellville. The price was OK. I liked that breakfast was included. Breakfast wasn't great, but it was decent at this price point. My main complaint is that the room wasn't very clean. When I closed the bathroom door, I saw a bunch of dirt and hair behind it, like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Other areas were in need of cleaning as well, like the sink area. Also the connection to the shower head leaked and sprayed water all over the ceiling. The bed was noisy and the pillows felt cheap. This hotel room doors open to the parking lot, which makes it more of a motel. It's convenient for loading and unloading a car or truck, but it makes the room noisier. The other Best Westerns I have stayed in all had interior hallways.

Location. Convenience. Welcoming staff. Phone and tv both weren't working but we're both fixed soon after reporting. Clean but tired. Lots of smokers outside.

It was so bad we didn’t stay the entire time, but bc we were 2 hours past checkout due to college checkout we were charged the whole stay.
