The Westin Sacramento and Marina is a very nice hotel, with attractive grounds and very nice decor. It's clean and comfortable. The issue I have, is they charge for parking and internet, which seems excessive. Also, they have very limited amenities.

This place is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. This has got to be on my top 3 hotels in Sacramento. I am there for work alot and love this wonderful property. I will be back.
-
Aside from that and a terrible restaurant next door, I really enjoyed my stay. I used the swimming pool and jacuzzi, where I met some nice people from out of town.

Everything was perfect and we would definitely return!

Every aspect of the stay was amazing.

Beautiful, clean, great for what we needed

Nice hotel, everything was clean and well maintained. Only problem we had consistently was getting random charges. I understand mistakes happen, but it happened 3 times. I was charged for someone else’s room deposit, 50$ they couldn’t give me a receipt for, and then they charged me for my full stay after I had already pre paid before showing up. They supposedly issued refunds for those, but we will see since it takes a couple days to return to my account. Almost 1200 tied up for no reason. If you stay here I just recommend keeping an eye on your charges. Won’t come back just for that reason alone

Was a great time and room

Arrived at 9pm and had a hard time finding were to check in. Was told there was coffee avalable 24/7... yes it was for a price. Never stayed at even a 4* that didn't have free coffee. The place is isolated up a hill witn nothing around so you need a car and then it aways to a store if you need something. I would not stay there again and really its over priced for what you get. That includes the $10 a day wifi if you are not a member.

We got upgraded! It was amazing because it was our 40th. wedding anniversary. Having our favorite restaurant Scott’s Seafood right there made it even better!
-
Nice hotel! I stay there every time I go to Sacramento! I also highly recommend Scott’s Seafood next to the hotel! Great food!
-
Beautiful view of the Sacramento River from our room. Loved the Scribner wine on offer in the bar.
-
Beautiful property right next to river. Praceful sitting area to enjoy sunsets and view of the river.
-
The pool was very small and crowded. We were not able to use the pool. There were no lounge chairs available and towels took a long time to restock. The gift shop was very small and no snacks to purchase other than pastries. Scott’s restaurant was amazing. Outdoor area was very nice valet staff was awesome. It does cost $52 a night to park that’s a lot.
-
The property was amazing, the staff on the other hand were not so helpful. Requested staff to clean glass that was by the pool and never came. Front desk guy with long hair was rude and didn’t offer any assistance. Overall great place to stay but expect no help from the staff
-
Front desk staff was polite and efficient - checked us in while giving us helpful information about amenities and where to find them. Everyone warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. Would love to return.
-
The room was clean and nice and overall the hotel was nice however, when we tried to get linens for the pullout couch, no one was around. This was after we came back to the hotel from fireworks and no one was in the lobby for any assistance. We had told them that there are three people for the room and the pull-up bed was gonna be used, but no bedding was provided and it took an hour to get bedding.
-
Loved the stay, pool, hot tub, and even the smell of the lobby!
-
Staff were so very helpful, location was great and hotel was very clean!
-
The hotel was very well maintained, except for our air conditioning. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep and finally had to turn it off. There was only one robe to use in bathroom and no bottled water for making coffee. Other than that I enjoyed the location and grounds. Room was very nice and specious.
