Gorgeous setting. It wasn’t in proximity to where I thought I was staying.

Nice and clean. Staff were great too. Friendly

Problem was our room had a bad stench of iodine. Made us nauseous Was hard to get the staff to understand until they came up into the room then they put a fan in the room which didn’t work. Manager finally moved us and was going to give us a discount which did not happen!

The hotel was nice but we felt the price we paid for a 1 night stay didn’t match what we paid for. For instance there is no atm on the property, which there should be since it’s a little drive from town. The front desk was subpar and not very friendly when checking in. We didn’t realize that we had to valet our car which seemed to irritate the gentleman at the check in desk. Also the property itself wasn’t kept up as well based off my other experiences from other Westin properties we have stayed at. Our shower pressure would fluctuate to nearly no pressure while showering. The pillows and couch weren’t very comfortable.The highlight of our stay was a nice dinner and drinks at Scott’s restaurant. It’s not a good sign when you can’t wait to check out and they don’t even ask if you enjoyed your stay.

Location Cheap coffee in the room. Had to buy coffee at front desk Broken mirror in bathroom. Fee to use bikes.

Great stay

Staff did not honor my reservation. Had reservation for two beds…there website not accurate or updated with available rooms. They offered a role away bed…at 11pm took them more then 1.5 hours to get it to my room. On top of that ac did not work

The room was not cleaned after our first day. The tag on the door said "privacy please" on both sides so we did not put the tag on the door and the room was never cleaned. We then had to request towels and other items for the room. Otherwise, the room was lovely and the staff very nice!

Superb

This is a gorgeous, remodeled hotel. Beautiful setting on the river, with Scotts restaurant attached.
