The staff were great. The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay there. The elevator was not working which was an inconvenience. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

It's a nice faculty but they have too many problems. First problem was the phone not working. They fixed it. The 2nd problem was the thermostat giving an error message and then stopped working. The staff reset the unit but we choose to move to another room thinking we wouldn't have anymore issues. After being in the room for 1 day, that thermostat began giving the same error message and stopped working. We were hot 3 out of the 4 days that we stayed. Then, the elevator stopped working!!! We were told that 4 other rooms had A.C. issues overnight. The staff was great but we paid too much to be hot and getting very little sleep. Lastly, the toilet bowl wouldn't refill with water after flushing. We had to toggle the floater inside the basin for it to refill. We have stayed at many Candlewoods and never had so many issues.
