Clean and quiet and the workers was very helpful and responsive

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs some updating and care, but useable. My biggest complaint was noise from outside our entry door. We were traveling with a dog and kept hearing people near our room and would growl and bark. A car alarm also went off round 2:30 a.m. Other than noise, a dedent place to stay for a reasonable price.

Wasn’t sure what we would get as we’re driving through and needed a place to stay. It looks renovated. It was clean a comfortable. Would start again!!!!!

Room was clean, they respected my request not to enter the room because I had my cat inside, very friendly and in a good location There isn’t really a place to let a dog go potty

We were able to check in early, which was nice. The mini fridge was great, it was about the only nice thing about the room. The bed was hard, no water pressure in the shower, the TV had alot of stations but half were not available and the other half were paid programming ( I know they do not have control over that ), could not even get local stations. We could hear the AC from a room two doors down from us. But the kicker was the chewed gum on the floor between the night stand and wall.

Everything. Dirty room, pool, hot tub. Hot tub didn’t work. Room out of supplies and gross. Staff unhelpful. “Breakfast” is a granola bar.

Coffee maker didn't work Slight swear smell from sink 4 rooms gathered outside under the stairs a partied until midnight.

Location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our mattress was very uncomfortable and gave us both backaches. The air conditioner malfunctioned and was making a loud noise throughout the night.

We were locked out of our rooms both mornings we were there, well before check out time.

There were crickets in our bathroom. I killed several, or I thought I did. Either they didn't die or they were coming out of the walls. Getting dressed after a shower shouldn't require that I have to avoid constantly moving crickets. The sheets were clean, the room was clean, the TV worked and there was an adequate selection of things to watch. The shower was clean, everything stocked - clean towels. Oh, one more thing. Most of the parking spots were for compact vehicles. We had to park halfway across the parking lot from our room. I survived, but I will never stay there again.
