Charged my company card extra for no reason

I had to ask for daily towel changes! The water pressure in the shower was too low.

This property needs more attention to improve services, Tooks us a day to get an iron stand, and also microwave (once we reported it broken). Also, Electricity was gone for 5-6 hours on our floor and no one bothered to inform and provide updates unless you ask them. Very average hotel.

We weren’t told there would be construction during our stay. The room was not clean when we arrived at the requested time. Until pressed we weren’t going to be given an alternative room.

Location and friendly staff. The price - have stayed here multiple times and paid double the usual rate this time.

Only the first floor ice machine worked the 2nd and 3rd floor machines were broken down

The hotel was very dirty. The carpeting in the halls & the elevator were disgusting! Very dirty. The A/C unit in the room kept us up all night! It would kick on so loud & scare the heck out of us! The TV’s are not programmed to the guide! So we could not find channels to watch. The coffee maker in the lobby was in a very obscure place, had to look for it since it wasn’t located in the area with all the creamers and sugars, etc.. or in the little cafeteria, so weird! We were very disappointed for the amount that it cost per night! Not up to Marriotts usual very nice Hotels. There was construction going on on the first floor & there were no signs of notice for it. Dust & drywall dust everywhere! We were afraid to eat the breakfast due to the dirtiness of the Hotel! Marriott should remove their name from this place! I would never recommend it to anyone & will never stay there again!

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our TV wouldn't work with our Google Chrome, but the hotel's stations were OK. The shower door wouldn't stay closed, so we hung a towel over the top of the shower to keep it almost closed. The breakfast menu was delightful. We both had waffles, and I enjoyed 3 kinds of fruit topping. The bacon was thin, crispy and delicious and the eggs were good with some Cholula Cilantro and Lime hot sauce.

MEH: Breakfast bar. CONS: Bed had serious 'telephone butt' sag next to the telephone. TV did not turn on. Room air and all fabrics slightly damp but that might be because the air conditioner is too big for the space it cools? (Yes, an odd complaint)

The breakfast was great. I was surprised at the variety offered. They changed everything out often and were constantly making sure the area was clean. The staff were very welcoming. Honestly everything went well. The receptionist was amazing. She was extremely nice. Everything was clean and easy to find.

Have stayed here before. "Renovation " has been going on for 3 years. Great location, average property, some staff are not helpful. Marriott needs to take it over, get the upgrades done, work with staff to improve attitude
