The view was good Things were not clean at all. There was an empty whiskey bottle in the room when we got in. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Pillows were uncomfortable and bed was a rock. Overall bad experience not to mention the gentleman drinking beer and doing drugs in his car in the parking lot.

Close to town, pretty sunset on the lake across the street, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. Needs updating, should be cleaner. Screens were falling out of the window. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. We couldn't swim. The patio outside had weeds growing, garbage can was overflowing, chairs were damaged and uncomfortable. Since a 3 night stay was pricy, I'd think they would atleast have complimentary water to drink. You have to buy it from the front desk.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the foyer and bathroom floors were not mopped in our room after the last guest, I used one of their washcloths and my foot to do it as it felt sticky but otherwise it was good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The entire staff was helpful, nice and accommodating. The breakfast was well laid out and very good!

This is a an excellent choice for a family visiting St Joseph! We got the family suite with the bunk bed room and it worked out perfectly for my for our young kids. They also really loved the indoor pool. Perfect location and easy to get to downtown, the beach and many restaurant options.

We thoroughly enjoyed the room and all of the amenities. Just wish the tv had internet access to use Netflix and the other streaming services.

While the room was mostly updated, the bathroom door was very old and pretty gross. The textured walls and the window well were dusty. Our window had cobwebs. The indoor pool and hot tub need a facelift, as well. The window wells were full of cobwebs and our feet got dirty from walking on the pool deck. Highlights: The lobby was bright and clean and fully updated. Breakfast was free and the coffee was great. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The location can’t be beat. 10 minutes to Silver Beach. 7 minutes to the shops and restaurants in downtown St. Joseph. I don’t know if we would stay here again because the humidity in our room made it uncomfortable. Maybe we got a bad room? It seems like people on the second floor enjoyed their stay more than we did. Again, great staff, but the hotel needs some work.

Loved the room, the location, and the clean hotel The entrance can easily be blocked by 2 cars checking in and the parking lot floods in heavy rain. Need a second access to road.

Everything was great. The room, the staff, wonderful breakfast.

Family was impressed with the room renovations. The pool and spa open till 11 PM. The breakfast was better than average hotels that include breakfast. Delicious coffee! Breathtaking sunset on the lake across the street. We will definitely return in the near future.
