Best Western St. Louis-Kirkwood Route 66

Our 4th time staying here over the last 5 years. Reliable. Clean. Convenient.

Good room bed is comfortable food was good nice and quiet

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good. Room was decently clean although the building is starting to show it's age.

Everything…. Clean, friendly staff, Good breakfast. Restaurant (Chili’s) on the second floor. Beds comfortable, excellent location for shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Toilet clog was very quickly serviced/fixed. TV was great. Did not use internet. Room keys worked entire time. Did not use exercise equipment. Staff and counter personnel very professional and helpful. Ice machine is plentiful. The queen size (I guess they were) bed mattresses were not comfortable for me or my wife. She felt they were not queen size either. Bathroom is small with no fan vent. Heat lamp did not work. The hang tag for privacy kept falling off main room door handle. Elevator is slow so easier to walk the stairs nearby. I miss a microwave in the room.

Clean nice room close to the handicap parking! Mattress on the bed was kind of worn down. Staff could have been friendlier.

Good location They charge an additional $400.00 even after paying through booking app no clarification from hotel management

Clean room, but bathroom needs to be updated. Still a great place to stay.

Staff was friendly. However, rooms were a bit outdated and could use a remodel. Bathroom is tiny and had no room.

The location. It was located near shopping and restaurants The room wasn’t clean. Carpet and chair were filthy. I used a towel to sit on the chair. The mattress was like sleeping on brick. AC and refrigerator were extremely loud. The ceiling paint in the bathroom shower was peeling. The faucet in the sink was loose. I couldn’t stream on the television. There were very few stations available. The available station programming were old black and white westerns and old programs from 1970’s. I was offered another room. Tired from attending a convention and I already unpacked. I just dealt with it. I wish I took pictures. Zoe, who worked both desk and breakfast was very helpful.

The bathroom was dirty, drain stopper in the bathtub was broken and pulled out (couldn't use to bathe our child). Upon check in, the staff almost charged me twice due to not being able to pull information from booking. Took about 20 minutes to resolve.

We liked the access via roads and proximity to restaurant choices. Some of the people staying there were rude to the staff who handled it with aplomb.

Room was very clean alingbwith hotel itself and the breakfastvwasctop tier. The young ladybat the front desk and staff at breakfast was accommodating and friendly

great area with lots of good food nearby, plus a walmart and a target right next door. room wasn't the most clean upon arrival (gum stuck to a cabinet)
