Decent room, small balcony. Close to restaurants and Walmart. Only 10 miles to the Zoo or Art Museum. Chillis is in attached to the hotel that was really nice.

Booked through Expedia. Upon arrival was told room was not available. I had to find a different hotel. My card was charged for a nights stay even though I was not allowed to check in. Left a message with manager- call was never returned. Called back again and unable to reach anyone who can help me.

Great place and service. Very convenient to the restaurant, and very nice breakfast. Nothing to complain but if need to improve something, would suggest the laundry equipments could be upgraded to let users know how long the washing and drying would be, which would help all the customers a lot. Thanks.

Great stay! Very clean, friendly staff, and great tv features.

The man who checked us in at the front desk, I believe his name was Ryan, was fantastic! While checking in I realized I booked for the wrong dates and he was extremely helpful in getting our reservation changed, even as he got extremely busy and had to deal with several rude guests, he stayed calm and professional and got everyone checked in and problems fixed as quickly as possible.

Overall good stay for the rate

The room was not very clean. Hair in the bathroom corners. The smell of marajuana smoke was TERRIBLE! Our room and the entire hall smelled so strongly of it that it was nauseating. The front desk clerk during check in was very snippy with all guests.

Good location
-
Loved having a restaurant connected to the property location was perfect for us the only thing I didn’t like is the staff doesnt clean rooms daily and the Wi-Fi is spotty but we would stay there again.
-
Staff made me feel unwelcome and had the demeanor of DMV workers. Bathrooms were gross. Will not be staying here again.
-
I was unable to use amenities because of a short stay, but this is a very clean hotel.
-
It’s a little outdated and the room wasn’t super clean. But it was a decent stay for a pet friendly hotel.

Nice clean hotel for the space

Friendly and nice staff. Nice location. But the hotel needs A LOT of maintenance and a deep clean.

The staff was wonderful. A lot of people were there enjoying their stay at the pool (no drama). The room was clean, but needed some updates. Our sink was leaking, the drain in the bathtub was broken, and the mini fridge froze our drinks. The TV was not the easiest to navigate, but my hubby figured it out. We went to breakfast kinda later and it was FULL. I'd recommend getting there early. It was raining the day we left and the ceiling was leaking in the breakfast area. The location was perfect for shopping and not far from busch stadium. The on-site chili's was amazing. It was pricey but 1 meal could have easily fed 2 people.

Toilet clogged l, sunken matress, smelly lobby. I don't recommend.
-
You can smell weed from other rooms. The floor was dirty. You will want a slipper. Not sure when was the last time they clean the carpet.
-
Property needs TLC. Disinterested staff at front (on an ear bud phone call during our entire interaction). Closet doors off rails ("happens all the time"), no TV ( big beautiful TV we could not use because they only had apps and none would connect). For the expense, it is clear ownership is extracting money and putting none back in

The breakfast was pretty much a mess with everybody waiting for things that were empty to be refilled. They did have a mostly full house but they also said it was like this all the time with a number of guests they had. But they were definitely unable to handle the crowd that came to breakfast. Many main items were out and it took them a good while to get them refilled I will say the lady was very polite that was trying to take care of the eating area. The price was very reasonable for the area and the pool was very good. Overall I guess I'd give it about a B. They also were continuously running out of towels at the pool but yelling at people who brought them down from their rooms. So that was another area then they did not/ could not keep up with.

The pool is outside and a good size with a smaller size area for little children. It was dirty, cigarette butts, garbage, and dead leaves. Not sure the filters were working correctly. Staff were polite and helpful. Would suggest if you have families staying multiple nights, would would have housekeeping at least collect the garbage and bring fresh towels once during the stay, or supply more garbage cans in the rooms.
