SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western St Marys Cumberland

My stay here was pleasant and relaxing. My world slowed down to a pace that made reluctant to leave. Very nice!

The room was nice and clean the staff was more than accommodating

The pool area was awesome the area was absolutely beautiful and relaxing.

Very quick and smooth check in. I had already been traveling a long ways on top of having worked a 12 hour shift. They were polite and very knowledgeable about any questions I had. Plus being a 5 min drive from where I was traveling to was a definite plus. Will be staying there the next time I go on a trip!

Its a motel however the parking and room doors are in a courtyard with no view of the main road. It's different in a good way.

Knowledgeable and should be promoted to corporate level as so clever. Hotel employee was a star at check in. He helped me as hearing impaired and had my service pup. Gave me #1 room. All good.

1. Location was just okay. 2. Older prroperty not updated. 3. Not as it appeared in the pictures. 4. Moisture in the room. 5. Outdated property not appealing when you arrive.

Within the fold out bed there was an excessive amount of mold. I have photo's to upload. I had intentions of using that bed but was forced to sleep on the couch portion instead.

The night desk lady was very inconsiderate. The bathroom was messy and the water squealed when the room next door flushed the toilet or turned on the shower.

Location TV in bedroom did not work properly, bathroom cleanliness was lacking and had a musty oder.

Breakfast was great & the attendant was helpful & the area was very clean. Staff was very friendly & accommodating.

Relax, quiet place.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The layout of the property was a little confusing. The numbers didn’t assign the levels like floors, but to building numbers the breakfast was nice.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Great staff,very well maintained facilities.

Denied me stay and refused a refund.
