The whole property was nice. We had a really amazing room, and everything was perfect. Pool was really nice, and felt great. Shower was awesome, as well as the breakfast. We will be back for sure.

The soft pillows in our room, were very uncomfortable. No support. Neither of us slept well.

The staff, especially Jessica U, were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The entire place was so clean and tidy. The breakfast was amazing. The pool area was so beautiful and relaxing with complimentary towels…as was the fitness centre. It had just been refurbished to an outstanding level. The best place we have stayed in the whole of Texas! Could not find one fault!!!

The construction that was going on was very inconvenient.

I liked coming off the highway, turning to cross over the highway and straight in to their parking lot. EASY access coming and going. I like that even though under lobby renovation, they kept it tidy and well marked for guests to get to their check in desk on arrival. Guest services was very friendly. The room was vey clean and bedding comfortable. Did not try the breakfast but it was included which is nice. The one funny thing that annoyed me is there was no button on the TV remote to find the “guide” for the channels. So I had to channel surf. Certainly nothing to cry over.

This property is gorgeous. Resort level pool area. Breakfast was amazing! The fitness center was also awesome!!

The property was under remodel, but even in the midst of the remodel, the staff were amazing and the place was immaculate I have zero complaints about the property was very clean

No notification from desk staff that there would be a $4.99/day fee added as "Greener Stay - Service Stay" fee (apparently mandated by IHG). Also, the hotel does not provide daily cleaning services unless specifically asked for at check-in. There was a sign posted at the front desk eluding to this, but nothing about the IHG fee, which apparently happens whether or not you request room cleaning. The property should either train desk staff to inform guests or post signage that extra fees will be assessed. Wasn't expecting a lot from a limited service property, but did expect the basics from a Holiday Inn brand.
