Plenty of options for food and drinks with the different restaurants they have inside the casino. We did not utilize the waterpark area, but the family that was in the elevator with us said they really loved it. We would definitely stay there again.

Always enjoy a get away here! The rooms are very nice and the bed was outstanding. Casino was fun as well. A renovation of the Western Door is needed - as the ambience just doesn’t equal a steakhouse experience.

It took me more than 30 minutes to check in because they said that BOOKING >COM screwed up the reservation. You had my name listed as GilliganJohn. You are still using my name backward. Being charged more than $43.00 without an explanation.

Everything was wonderful. Loved everything, was a little sad thunder mountain buffet was under construction. However they had a great buffet upstairs in the cafe.

Seneca Cafe. The service was very slow N the food wasn’t that good In their defense, they were understaffed.

Everything was great except for DINNER. Waited close to an hour to be seated at the Seneca Cafe. The other eateries other than the Steak House were closed or under renovation. There were 3 lines to wait in, the buffet, regular dining and priority (high rollers,). The buffet for the cafe had a very limited amount of choices (no worth the price), We were told they were understaffed for servers and the kitchen was over loaded due to other eateries being closed on this day. We were there on Wednesday. Perhaps they need to either open other eateries and hire more staff. Food overall was good.

Very nice room for a great price. And totally sound proof! Great shower, comfy bed, nice size room. Exactly the same as the rooms in the Niagara Falls NY location, for a fraction of the price.

Nice room with a great view. We thought the room would be serviced during our stay (bed made, towels changed, coffee replenished). That didn't happen so we cleaned our coffee cups and I went to the front desk to get more coffee for the room.
