food was always cold wait staff were cold water in room was a charge over 2.00 if you used

We stayed for one night. The property is beautiful and very clean. Rooms are spacious and the view was breathtaking. Great staff and good food options. The only negative for us was that our room had a cigarette smell coming from the air conditioning even though it was a non smoking floor. Other than that it was a great stay.

Not sure what staying at a casino Resort/hotel would be like, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms, service, amenities, and dining options. We were in the area for a weekend event at St. Bonaventure University. We had thought that the gaming interest might override the atmosphere for those who were there for rest and respite, but the atmosphere, quality, friendly staff, food options and beautiful view were a most enjoyable experience! Would definitely stay again when in the area and to recommend to friends. Thank you!

Beautiful facility. Stayed overnight while traveling through. No intention of gambling, but really needed to have dinner. There was a line to get into the cafe but lots of empty tables. Tried room service several times but they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. None of the staff I spoke to knew of a problem or had a helpful solution. Finally spotted some prepackaged cut fruit and a sandwich at the Starbucks counter. These were delicious and averted a crisis for my elderly mother and me. Beautiful room but don’t go there hungry!

Enjoyed stay at Salamanca. Parking ramp makes it very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Casino is very nice. Closeness of state parks makes it very easy to find things to do.

Excellent room! They no longer permit smoking in the casino… we loved it. Get the pizza from the 2nd floor bar…. It was delicious!

The remodeled Cafe is really nice. The slots needed cleaned more than they were. Empty cups left all over machines especially in the Turtle Island.

Very nice stop for one summer night. The air was super refreshing outside as hotel is next to a forest.

The only thing was the food. It was awful. The hotel is so nice. They use to have great food but now it is not good. I will not eat there again. They took the ham sandwich off the bill but my daughter was sick after one bite. I do not recommend eating there.

Everything was great other than nothing open later at night to get something to eat...just one snack place would be great.
