Courtyard by Marriott Salisbury

Both check in and check out were fast and employees very friendly . Hotel and the room were very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We got to the hotel around 3pm on a Sunday. Check-in was fast & the lobby staff was very polite. They had complimentary coolers full of water & individual ice creams, so my kids were in love with the place even before we found the indoor pool. Everything was clean and working. It was an overall great experience. I'd be happy to stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Salisbury!

Horrible

When I first walked in the young lady greeted me wonderfully. Told me about the amenities, and where to go to get what I need. The rooms were very clean! The staff was very polite. I recommend this place! Oh almost forgot, free water and ice cream! I will definitely go back.

The room was clean, which I appreciated. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was almost aspirating whenever I lay down. I eventually had to turn myself around and sleep upside down just to get some rest. Honestly, I preferred sleeping on the couch to sleeping in bed. I do not understand why a hotel of this calibre invests in such terrible beds. It really made the stay unpleasant.

Staff

The staff, including but not limited to the front desk, house keeping and the cafeteria staff went over and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were all so nice. Check in was easy. Hotel and room was neat and clean.

Pull up sofa bed had blood stains on it which was unbelievable. Hot tub was extremely filthy, breakfast bar was not ready to go by 6:00 am as promised. But the front staff was extremely grateful and genuine

No the room was dirty I was very unhappy our room had old food wrappings on the pull out bed and hair all over the bathroom floor

The hotel is in a great location. The room is clean. Very spacious. I was under the impression it was a no smoking hotel. However, when I got out of the elevator, all I could smell was marijuana. The other adult guests were extremely loud. Also the doors close way too loud.

On our second night the representative was amazing The first night, the fire alarm kept on activating and woke us up around 8 times, we could not sleep. When I requested to have it fixed, I was told it would happen, when I returned for my second night, the representative was not aware of the problem but changed us to another room. Also we requested a wheelchair accessible room 2 queen beds, and there was only a king with a sofa bed room available. The other room apparently was taken by one of the employees. Lastly, in both rooms, the refrigerator did not work.

I did not stay at the Courtyard by Marriot Salisbury, MD property on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026. There was a blizzard in Salisbury, MD that resulted in a power outage and our home was without power. I made a reservation and upon calling the Courtyard by Marriot Salisbury, MD, found out the hotel was overbooked! I did not get the room I reserved. I'm requesting a refund.

The property was clean I didn’t appreciate smelling weed all out in the hallway to the elevators. The whole floor didn’t like that the lampshades were peeling on my lamps over the bedside table.
