The staff was very friendly. The key card system wasn’t working, so I staff member had to let us in our room every time we came back to the hotel. The elevator wasn’t working, so we had to climb a very steep flight of stairs with luggage. Staff did help with the luggage at check in. The ice machine was not working on our floor. Again, no elevator. It was a difficult stay.

When we arrived we were made aware of the elevator being out of service along with the hot tub and key system. We had to ask each time we wanted back into the room. On our second and last night we spotted 2 roaches in our room, one was on the bed.

The elevator was out of service. The hot tub was not working. The swimming pool was freezing cold. The room was clean but had a weird smell. The bed and sheets were clean. The breakfast was ok. No orange juice. No milk for cereal. Eggs were very wet.

Close to convert. Only thing was the shower drain couldn’t stay up I had to put a little mirror inside so it can stay up so the water can drain but everything else was great.
