Room and guest lounge was smaller than expected

The staff is very friendly and professional! The hotel is nice and clean!

I always stay at this Best Western whenever i come to visit my daughter in San Antonio. Great location to 1604 and places to eat. Rooms are always clean and the staff are very helpful.

Jerry was very polite and courteous. The hotel and room were clean. The breakfast potatoes were not cooked enough, but everything else great.

Room a bit tiny have no room to open our suitcase

I hate the saying: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! but it’s so true. Now from check in we was checked in as a regular check in not under or reservations. We didn’t know until later that day. When they checked in their late arrival, so that was extra money for 3 days. Talk to the manager and act like there’s nothing he can do about it. Then when we ready to take a shower the shower was N.A.S.T.Y. Go downstairs the lady at the desk say she would come up to clean it, a hr later she calls the room and she don’t know where any cleaner is. So we didn’t get a shower all night. The next day about 8am , house keeper just walk in don’t knock or nothing, seen all my sexiness! As the day go but I though I wanted to go swimming while I’m in the hot pool frogs start jumping out the water of the big pool. I’m like what is going on here. I get up scraping my dam leg and look into the pool and there you have it frogs! I go tell the receptionist and she goes on with the stories of frogs I’m like man I’m just ready to check out. Oh not to forget to tell you they have Spectrum business but no channels it’s literally only 5 channels. The manager had some app in the lobby I asked how do we get these channels and the answer was you can come down here and watch. I’m like what did I pay for. The beds are horrible man they need new pillows. The bed comes with 3 pillows. They are so soft it don’t even make one pillow. Just close the place! Or rename it

Everything was exceptional and spotless. Staff was very professional I will be back to stay in the near future

This property is an embarrassment to Best Western there is no landscaping just over grown weeds. The outdoor area had broken picnic tables. To say the rooms are dirty is an understatement. The floor in the room was so dirty it was sticky. There were roaches in the bathroom. The bedding, shower and bathroom floor had black hair all over it. The microwave power cord was fed out of the front of the cabinet and plugged into a lamp base with the ground prong cut off. Truly the worst experience I’ve had in decades

Overall everything was nice and presentable for a comfortable night stay.

Hotel felt safe. Room was TINY (said it was a queen… but certain it was a full). If you just need a place to lay your head for a few hours, this will do. But expect bare minimum.

We had a really good experience at this Best Western. The hotel smelled fresh and clean as soon as we walked through the door, and that cleanliness continued throughout the property. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel also offers free breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. The water was actually nice and warm from getting direct sunlight, which we loved! I also really appreciated the security of the hotel. You can’t access the building or pool area without a key card unless you enter through the main lobby, which made us feel safe during our stay. The location was another big plus. It’s a convenient distance from SeaWorld, which made getting back and forth very easy, especially when traveling with kids. My only complaint was that the hair dryer and coffee maker in our room did not work. Other than that, we had a great experience. Overall, it was a clean, safe, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting SeaWorld! ⭐️

The air conditioning in the room 302 was making a lot of noise. I asked for another room and immediately we were moved and we sleeped well.

We had a wonderful vacation but like all the vacations it wasn’t long enough. The hotel was well maintained and we didn’t have any issues. We have stayed at this hotel before and will continue to stay here.

Great hotel.

Bathroom was dirty & we only had one towel & half a roll of toilet paper. We also found dead roaches behind the door. It didn’t feel clean.

1st room way to small, double bed to small upgraded to a suite

Parking was ok and so was location. Close enough to shopping centers and food places. Breakfast was not good and very little options. We didn’t even bother getting breakfast the second day.
