Better cleaning needed under desk lamp.

As we walked in to check in we had to walk by the pool, there were loud and obviously drunk people in the pool, glass bottles, unsupervised children. My co worker went to the pool and saw a women completely naked with a group of men with children present. When she said something to the desk clerk her response was she couldn’t leave the desk nothing she could do. We came back the next day after work and the property has no 220 power, now this has been out since 4 pm it was now 8 pm when we returned from work, it was hot and uncomfortable. When we asked about a refund we were switching hotels because we had to be back at work by 4 am she said we would not be getting one. We needed to give it a few more minutes. No we left

Great location and the hotels staff are fabulous!!

Stayed there with 2 small children while visiting Sea World. Very friendly staff. Hotel was clean and close to restaurant’s ,shopping centers and Sea World etc

I booked the room one month in advance When we got to the hotel, we were given a handicap room. I Never requested that . There no room for our toiletries in the bathroom. Two drawers for our clothes. We stayed for 7 days. The hanging bar with hangers was very high. We couldn’t hang anything, my dresses not dress shirts. the hangers were out of my reach. We went to the pool one day. But the rest of the week the water was green, so we never went back in.. the breakfast tasted to much like a microwave meal. Very disappointed because we hoping to save money! We didn’t, paid for breakfast every day at a restaurant. Not happy at all. This was the first time we experienced this at Best Western .

The swimming pool was green for our first 2 nights. Our room was on the first floor along with the hotels commercial size laundry room. The laundry room did not have a door, so the all heat from in there found its way to the rooms on the first floor. On our 3rd night, one of our 2 rooms started to smell like an electrical fire was started. No smell in hallway or staris next to room, our 2nd room was next to theirs and no smell either. So the smell was definitly coming from inside the room and was making my family dizzy. We asked the front desk for help but he stated he could not smell anything due to a cold. We opted to check out immediatly to avoid any disaster that may have come.

Travelers beware! The night shift female front desk clerk was kind, but not very helpful. Our room was changed 3 times in one stay. The first night, while knowing we had a newborn with us, we were put in the room next to the exit door that slammed incessantly all night and then employees bearing out trash cans at 4 am. They refused to refund me for the remainder of the stay, so we were forced to stay or pay an additional $300 plus the cost of a new stay somewhere else. they did move our room to an area away from the exit only to find out that the TV in that room is not a smart TV and we’re just going to leave us in there until I complained again to Expedia. I then got moved again for the third time with a newborn and a post delivery daughter-in-law to the third floor where at least they had the smart TV. When I did make the complaints, they took it very personally as an attack towards them. The pool was violent,green and overflowing.. The bathtubs in the bathrooms were not cleaned well at all and there was hair and dirt all over the floor. Our final and third room had no hot water for a shower, the microwave would stick so the front desk clerk had to come upstairs and push it open and it was dirty on the inside, and the refrigerator was sitting in a catch bin that was overflowing with cold water and they said they would send somebody up to fix it. Look at it and then no one ever showed up. I recommend checking every other possible hotel before booking here.

Great ovation!! Very clean and the staff was very friendly and quite helpful! Will definitely stay there the next time I’m in San Antonio.

Moved 3 times for noise, no hot water in shower, microwave broken, refrigerator leaking everywhere, pool GREEN! Terrible stay away!

Pool was green and disgusting. Water in shower never got more than warm.

My toilette was stopped up front desk handed me a plunger. No one refreshed my room . Rained and water pooled in the floor. My baby fell and hurt his hip. Pool not working order.

Don’t stay there unless you don’t wanna a nice clean dry room

I did not get to stay in the room. I checked in and went back to my vehicle and tried to find parking. The parking lot was so full I could not park. I could not park and then go into the room and spend the night, so I spent $100 on a room I could not go into at all.
