Staff was very helpful and respectful. The room was decent size and clean.

Room had strong mildew smell. Coin op laundry is a hassle as quarters were not always available at front desk.

It was an amazing experience.

Already booked for next family vacation it was a very nice and clean experience,only thing wrong was the breakfast experience out of everything but thats ok we came for the room not the breakfast 😃

Will definitely consider this location the next time we visit.

I felt safe and it was quiet but everything felt old. The tv and phone didn’t work.

Hotel was hot. Grounds were not being maintained. Breakfast buffet was just depressing.

Clean room, staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was great. Hotel was was located in a great place. Very convenient. If you’re going to Seaworld, I highly recommend it.

Room was gross!! Floors were NOT cleaned, hair in the shower, hairs by the faucet of the sink.

We got two full size beds instead of queen and a handmade pocket window bed for 5 people. The beds hurt all three of the adults so we requested another room. We were told they were all the same. So we bought mattress toppers since we had two more nights. And when you book on Hotels.com you are stuck in whatever the situation is! The fire alarm went off all four days. It seemed to be a normal thing. When we went to breakfast the laundry room was being vented into the lobby(everyday). It made us all hot muggy and smelling of laundry chemicals. It was bad. They need to vent that room. Breakfast was ok if you’re starving nothing great. I could see outside past the air conditioner in my room. It did stay cool+ in our room. The smoke detector had a bag on it. The your woman at the front tried to be friendly. But the whole family is too timid. The business needs outside help. Oh a car got broken into while a security truck sat 75 feet away. No I’m sorry we would not stay again.

no hot tub. it was mentioned in the description of the hotel that they were a hot tub. The hot tub was lukewarm and not working correctly. If you even wanna call it a hot tub.

The ac wasn’t working well when we first got there but we eventually got it working and it was a decent stay!

When we arrived, our room had no electricity and no air conditioning. We spent well over three hours sitting in the lobby waiting for updates, only to be repeatedly told, “I don’t know,” whenever we asked when the power would be restored. There was very little communication, no urgency, and no effort to reassure guests. After more than four hours without power or air conditioning, I requested compensation since we were unable to use the room we had paid for. Once again, I was met with blank stares and no real response. At one point, the hotel even replaced the air conditioning unit in our room, yet there was still no electricity, making the replacement meaningless. After repeatedly asking for assistance, we were finally moved to another room with a king bed. Unfortunately, that room was no better. The shower was absolutely filthy, and there was still no power or air conditioning. We then had to return to the front desk yet again, where we were finally placed in Room 101 with two twin beds, despite paying for a king room. The issues continued throughout the rest of our stay. Fire alarms repeatedly went off during the day and night, The following morning, we left to pick up our rental car from the airport. While we were gone, the hotel called
