This place is way way over-rated. Find yourself a better place to stay.

Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. Everything we needed was on site. It was very convenient for us to not have to leave the property, especially since we have toddlers. The kids loved the water park! We will definitely be back. =)

They changed my room at the last minute and also it’s under construction and too much noise outside.

They will stiff you 15 dollars for internet. It’s already pricey as hell. No freebies offered

Got there at 4pm to get check in for my room and was on hold until 7pm. I was waiting on the lobby.

The lazy river is only 3 feet deep so easy/safe to manage little kids. Another kid pool with small slides and shallow water was a big hit. Good family vacation for those with little ones. On site food options very expensive.

Love the lazy river. Love the Starbucks on site. Part of it was under construction which we didn’t know about ahead of time. Some staff were friendly and others were not. Also a large group was having a party with music in the main lobby. I understand this is a large group but you have other people staying there. So loud parties should be in a large ballroom not in your main lobby u til 12:30am. Our group of 10 had planned to go to the bar and play games that night and we could not find anywhere to sit where the music was not deafening.

Had a great time . Will definitely return. I do believe the food is over priced especially if you are traveling with kids. Other wise great property. The staff at the pool/ cabanas are great
