They get me in right away I don't have to wait and I like that their pet friendly cause I take my dog he's my service dog.

We really like that this location is close to the NOS center & is one of our top choices to stay at when events come around. The front desk & cleaning staff were extremely nice & patient with us which we greatly appreciated. The rooms we thought were a bit overpriced for rooms that had a bit of an infestation problem & need immediate remodeling.

They are roaches in the room, was tagged in in a bad area Just thought I had a bed to sleep in

I couldn't stay there false advertisement No free breakfast like it said and I didn't feel safe in the environment

That it was near the casino. The person who gives us the rooms at checking didn't have two smoking rooms next to each other so I had to get one non smoking room. Then later in the evening a different person was working and gave someone else the key to the room I had already booked. Then I had to go down to the office and get another key because my key was deactivated. Then my friend forgot the key to the room and went to get another one and I booked both rooms and had listed her on the reservation too and I had to go down and show my ID again. Then people were knocking on my door because someone had delivered food to my room and just left it outside my door without even knocking to see if it was at the correct room. So I'm checking out going somewhere else at 2am. Then there's bugs in the room too.

Near the place where we are going to watch the concert A lot of homeless walking around the area

Location was fine. That's about the only thing good I can say about the place. And maybe that the bed was very comfortable. There was No breakfast. They need to tell you this on their website. This was one of the amenities I was looking forward to. If they no longer have free breakfast, they should not advertise it on their website.

The bathroom was okay The room was dirty me and my spouse. Ended up wiping down the filthy walls killing flies and woong old ketchup stains off the wall. The TV sucked it didn't really have any channels and it was small Oh and this is how we know it wasn't clean we found cereal and some other food on the top shop

The bed was comfortable Breakfast was advertised online and there wasn’t. One of the staff members was really rude to me upon checking out. I was told by 3 different people that a 2 pm check out was fine and the last guy yelled at me telling me no one ever told me that.
