Easy parking garage, clean room, doors shut for coffee so not accessible. Desk clerk said it would open at checkout time 11 am. Then he actually came knocking on our door at 10:30, as I was stepping into the shower. He was there to remind us about checkout only minutes after we spoke to hi. In the lobby. Not necessary.

The office staff is really nice. They go over and above to help you. The maids are very efficient and also the maintenance, man. The roo.\nMs are very very clean. The staff really makes you feel like family

Good size room. No breakfast available. Plenty of parking. Fine for overnight stay but a bit noisy

This property was dirty, roaches everywhere, bathroom door was broken, toilet seat broken , toilet ran all night long, guests were fighting at 3am, police came, no breakfast provided as advertised. I never will stay there again

Never have we been to an older property, that needed updated. The office was a window. No lobby, Made us feel unsafe. No breakfast as advertised.

The hotel does not look

Great value for the hotel and located in an area that’s a balance between busy and calm. However, they need to disclose upfront that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast on the websites they promote on. Wasn’t made aware of this until on-site and reading a sign that the hotel didn’t offer breakfast.

Bad area no continental breakfast toilet didn't flush wall in the room extremely dirty. beds squeak a lot

It’s so bad There are flies in the bedroom.

I pulled, and continue to pull on the door for what seemed like 2 minutes at least before the door finally freed itself and opened. I contacted the front desk to let them know and they sent the maintenance to check it out. The maintenance man said he didn't find a problem with it. I took it as such and didn't have a problem with it. The room was accommodating. My original reservation was for a king size bed. Since there were no king size beds on the ground floor and that I had a bad back and could not climb the stairs. I was okay with a room on the ground floor. Part 1 of a 2 part stay....

Outside very dirty, didn’t take my shoes off at all except when in bed. Trash can was right outside my door and room was inundated with flies
