They took my deposit after spending 6 nights at the location, I was never asked if I needed the room cleaned or if I needed towels or linens, an extremely sketchy deposit process, they never offered to clean or supply linens or towels but they took my deposit really quick. Elevator don't work, mattress had stains. Manager was horrible and condescending treated me like a thug after spending 470$ not once but several times on different occasions. Lost my business.

Location Employee. He didn’t give me my deposit saying that the towels were dirty and he didn’t give a Reacipt from the computer I assuming he does that for extra money. So he can keep it without giving me a receipt for it. It was a guy around 30 years old blonde hair. That is the main reason lam not going back to the location. He kept $60 cash with out giving a Receipt for the $60 dollars the was last Saturday morning. Y he does not give the deposit back he should provide a receipt for what it wasn’t giving it back. Bad really bad impression

I love this place of rest, no drama issues everyone is friendly, all staff is awsome

Parking I didn't like that the camera in front of my window had 4 red lights light up and the weird part was I was burning bad and in the lot there were gang member dudes always saying something and one staff white guy seemed bad like he was spraying something in my vent , if you can can you check the camera in room 209 from the 27th to now please

Convenient to freeway. Parking in front of my room. That it had a pool. And accepted a pet TV in the room was fuzzy. Pool was dirty. Alot of activity from alot of sketchy people the door in my room looked like it had been kicked in by the police.

The price The pool was not accessible it was closed the whole stay and that’s part of the reason why I booked for the pool due to the hot weather
