Outside area looks sketchy rooms were clean pool was not open one the count of it being dirty

The most ghetto you could possibly get. Also Cash Only, who does that these days. There's hourly places that look 5 star compared to this place. Not safe. Dirty. Once it got dark I had to leave it was so bad.

It was close took Yamaba casino. Keep ir suite zipped up so the roaches don't crawl in. The stairs/pavement is unbalance and you may feel like it's going to buckle at any time. The staff is very nice. The pillows and beds are very comfortable. There is a Walmart across the street. For a couple hours of sleep it's cost to much. The motel 6 down the hill from the casino is $122.00 and you don't have to leave a $60 deposit cash.

Need to fix many things special the elevator .

The hotel is in a good location. It's close to the entrance of freeway. But the room is not well maintained. It smokes. Also the door does not closely easily. It doesn't take credit card for security deposit and only accepts cash. There is no coffee machine or hair dried in the room. You have to borrow it from the front desk.

I selected Non smoking room. However as soon as we entered the room, smells of cigarette was lingering on the room . I immediately went to reception and reported it. We were switched to another room that does not smell cigarette.

My first room I had the key card wouldn’t work in the door but the first time that I used it. I cannot climb stairs due to a bad back and hip so I asked for a first floor room, but she said she didn’t have any and put me on the second floor told me they had an elevator just to find out that the elevator button on the first floor did not work so I had to climb stairs anyways that was very difficult and painful for me to do. So when I checked out of the room, I was in and thinking after my daughter was done with school here today and I’ll be leaving but ended up having to check back into the hotel got a different room on the first floor that has roaches and wasn’t very clean, but the person at the front desk was really nice

One word ROACHES and I have photos! I stayed in room 126 and was itching all night from the roaches but also had a injury I had just left the hospital and paid before I arrived on crutches with a sling and my headlights were out so I had to make it somewhere before dark and yeah this place was filthy I’m from the hood so I knew how to have patience but they need to clean this property. There’s a man there I think his name is james I’m not sure but he was the most helpful one there he helped me walk helped me get things I need and even made sure I got in my door safe

The bathroom smelled like stale urine. The bedroom portion also had a bad smell

An unexpected hidden charge. A CASH deposit required even though the room was prepaid. If you're going to have that kind of requirement then MAKE IT OBVIOUS on websites. $3.99 to use their ATM. It was 1am. Not like I had a choice to go find my bank in a different city/state. This is the kind of thing that I will stay elsewhere from now on. The way I see it, you owe me four bucks. Oh, BTW, I have been in the hotel industry over 40 years. There's nothing you can tell me about customer service and this poor surprise is NOT customer service.

They keep your deposit- Beware! They allow pets, said my dogs shed too much! Funny, I have cats. Grey short haired cats. Still kept my deposit.

Mini fridge door would stick and not close completely resulting in frost build up and water on floor and in shelves of fridge, limited tv options no microwave . Otherwise clean stocked with towels decent linens (bed skirt would make a noise when bed was used .restaurant next door , fast food across street gas and misc in walking distance wall mart too and east close frwy access had pool 3 floors ac heat good bucket cups and hand soap provided flatscreen tv w remote 48”.good parking well lit . Pretty safe. And I’m from the hood so….? Yea safe. Had to get new key card for second day idk why it stopped working , suer annoying tho . Friendly helpful clerk . Coffee provided in am. Vending machines in lobby and washer dryers available as well. Price was not horrible but still more than I like to spend $62-63$ per night on weekend sat n sun nights 3pm check in land line in room a sm trash cans (2) side tables (2) marble desk top w cubby holes and chair clothes area w hangers sink separate from tub/shower , toilet w privacy door king size bed , three pillows memory foam , comfortable firm clean. Privacy blackout curtains and peep hole on door. No do not disturb sign provided

Staff was great, other customers are too messy.

Air conditioning was great. Some customers are to messy, leave food and tras at the parking lot. Also some don't respect and don't picked up after their dogs poop. Alicia has a great customer service.
