The staff was very friendly and helpful our stay was fantastic we had 6 in our family and they accommodated us and very comfortably too BUT the highlight was definitely the staff how accommodating they made it for us

Towel bars in bathroom were rusted. Cannot hang towels on them. Other than that, overall clean room, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast and parking good!

After a full day at SeaWorld, our 2 families traveled 40 minutes to this bizarre location within a warehouse/industrial park to find out, at 11 pm, that they had canceled our reservations (made several weeks ago) for 2 rooms on a holiday weekend to upsell them. There was NO OCCUPANCY anywhere in the entire San Diego metro area. They did the same thing to the person behind us. First they lied saying they had tried to contact us for a deposit, but then simply blamed "Management" when I proved I had no missed calls. So, now at 12:30 AM with hungry and exhausted kids, we drove 90 MINUTES EACH WAY as the entire San Diego area was sold out. One very ratty hotel an hour away was asking 3 times our contract rate, and sold that out before we could book it. As it is, we found an 2 star 90 miles away, arriving at 2:30 in the morning, and paid more for that room then our reservation rate. I will be calling management tomorrow to let them know that I do hope corporate enjoys choking on their greed. They'll get away with it, of course. At least Expedia apologized and provided some compensation on behalf of their business partnership with this ridiculously unethical business. The compensation didn't cover my gas, to say nothing of the 2 hours lost searching for new accommodations or the 3 hours lost driving, but it was a nice gesture. It is my sincere hope that no one reads this because Expedia ended their listing privledges.

The hotel had no AC on a hot humid day. The carpet in the room smelled. The AC in the room had an odor like the filters had not been cleaned or replaced as well. Most likely would not stay here again

Great service, clean room, nice breakfast. Only thing I would’ve liked is more gym equipment. (I’m a gym addict). All jokes it was great! Can’t complain!

The Ac was broken. We got there at midnight and it was hot. The carpet was wet. Management was supposed to call me to refund some money and no one has reached out
