Super clean, recently renovated and new. Convenient location. Kind staff. The pillows were crappy and cheap! The other newly renovated Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at have down pillows which are way more comfortable! In addition, the AC unit in room 423 would randomly make sounds that sounded like metal clanging and it woke my husband and I up 5-6x in the night. Awful.

Janelle, at the front desk went out of her way to help obtain a room close to my sister-in-law along with calling me with updates as the room became available. Great communication that is truly appreciated

Everything was a 10/10! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly Janelle was welcoming and so helpful and breakfast was great. Parking was convenient, and overall we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel has a good location, walkable to shopping and even nature. w 2 things we experienced were not so good. First, the AC system was loud, and it interrupted our sleep. The other can be correctly fairly easily. There is not enough seating in the breakfast area. We, as did others, had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a chair. See above
