Always a pleasant stay! Will definitely recommend.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming

They sneak in an $18 parking fee. I just think that makes the price misleading and it’s just unfair.

Great location. And the Staff is professional and nice Everything in the room was outdated. Damaged property, very strange smells, pool furniture is covered in spider webs and animal fur. The pool and hot tub was disgusting. On the recording, it says parking is free but you are charged for the parking.

This hotel has a bad vibe and it smelled old and weird. Our room did not feel clean or even safe. The cleaner they used to clean our room made me super sick and we had to check out the same day we checked in. They told me they wouldn't refund my money even though we were only there for an hour. One food the staff did charge me for only one night but they didn't refund me for my parking or my $100 deposit! We will never stay there again!

Upon arrival at the property, there was an incredibly strong odor of Pot and mold. The front desk staff was incredibly cheerful for such a late hour and very accommodating. Due to my late arrival after an incredibly long day of emergency travel, I was looking forward to the continental breakfast that was included, only to find it very limiting for a person who has to avoid gluten. The entire area was contaminated, and I was unable to partake. I needed to charge several devices after my travel and could only locate 1 charging location by the bathroom sink.

Little bit of an older hotel but clean. Had a huge room on 2nd floor above the receptionist desk next to the piano. Quiet. Breakfast: no meat but basics. I left my glasses there and they saved it for me

This is a very nice place. Clean and functional. Right on the San Francisco Bay. Close to the Ferry that takes you over to the Piers. Loved our stay will be back.

I really like this location because it’s so close to the water. The property it self was very clean and staff was very friendly. I just had a problem with the heating system. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone.

We had a lovely two night stay attending a family event. The staff was very friendly and helpful even when we arrived very late at night. We realized when we returned home that we left an electronic device there but it wasn’t turned in. They found it. 😊

Good stay other than extra fee for parking and only protein for breakfast is a hard boiled egg daily. While reading other reviews about parking we decided to find outside free public parking. The gal at the front desk said we could park directly across the street or either areas to the sides of their parking lot. When we returned in the evening, we parked at the side lot, but noticed the police were there. We decided to go to the source and ask where we could park for free. The police woman said there was no free parking at all near the Marina, and that all these parked cars were getting tickets. We asked about across the street, and she said they will be getting tickets as well. The front desk better get their info correctly, because patrons are not gonna be happy about a ticket. You MAY park on Marina Street but that is. just too far to walk! We ended up paying a hundred dollars extra for 5 days to park, which was a whole another days stay! Place is definitely dated and not enough accessible plugs for your phone chargers etc..Would like one at nightstand for my phone. Other than that, I would consider staying here again for the location

This is my first time staying at the hotel, I would say the staff is amazing but the room stank, it was a unusual smell and didn’t appreciate it.

Staff were great, rooms were clean, great breakfast! We will definitely be back as we are in the area every few months.

It was a very nice experience. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing was the Internet needs to be a little better and the pool needs to be a little updated other than that it was nice experience.

I love this place, not super fancy but very clean and comfortable. Well maintained, the bathrooms show no signs of age. The breakfast is great, waffles, eggs, toast, oatmeal, cottage cheese, cereal. Get a room with a balcony overlooking the marina, its beautiful and calm and 100% worth it. The waterfront park and two great restaurants are within walking distance. Parking isnt free tho, its 18$ a night.
