After reading some reviews I was a little hesitant but we were so happy with our stay. Its is so convenient and the rooms are very clean and nice. We stayed in the towers, rooms were clean, fairly spacious, beds were comfortable and the pool was nice as well. We will definitely be returning.

Resort was overall nice. Proximity to park and beach was the best part.
-
Very helpful staff wonderful stay and most important clean rooms.
-
Good view of the park very convenient if you plan on going to the water park and theme park highly recommended

Great place, lots to do. Jetski, calm waters, parasailing, water parks, amusement park and more. Restaurants onsite. White sands carribean like atmosphere.

Love this hotel! It has a vacation vibe from the moment you pull up and the beach front boardwalk is fantastic!
-
Very nice place. Especially the lake view suite. Great if you’re looking for a beach feel that’s within driving distance. Loved the location. Literally parked and never had to leave the entire time. Restaurants are on site. The only thing I wish I knew was about the discount at ALL restaurants for season pass holders. No one told me until the last day.

Parking is accessible plenty space for parking. Friendly staff everyone was helpful.

Clean spacious rooms and great access to Cedar Point and Cedar Shores parks were the best perks!

Expensive

Had to ask five separate times to have the shampoo and body wash in the shower filled (were both empty when we checked in). Prior occupants’ dirty bathroom towels shoved under sink in bathroom and hair on countertop.

You get what you pay for and this is all location, location,.location. it is what it is, but at a bare minimum, the toilet and bathroom must be cleaned — they were not.

Somehow I booked a room that I thought was an upgrade with enough room for maybe more than just my wife and me. If my room was an upgrade, I can't imagine what a standard room would be like. The sink was in the common area and the toilet and shower behind a door. This meant that all pople in room had to be on the exact same schedule if one was to use the sink. Small room, poorly laid out and not what I expected. I loved Cedar Point, my hotel room - not so much.

The mayfly’s when we visited were swarming and took away from the experience. I can’t really fault the hotel for nature but it definitely made it close to impossible to enjoy sitting in their outdoor seating. I will say on a more positive note the convenience of the restaurants and park were nice. The restaurants were overpriced chains but to be able to just walk right to them and then the beach is convenient. It was also nice to have early entry into the park. Overall, I feel like there are better cheaper options nearby where you can get more bang for your buck.

It was great since we were planning trip to Cedar Point. Hotel is good, a little dated but nice clean rooms.

1. Staff were neither helpful or specially polite. Asked front desk to have the room cleaned they only emptied the garbage. 2. Restaurants were super slow and food quality and taste was less than average. 3. Pools are too crowded and understaffed. Overall I’m not recommendations staying at this property unless your sole reason is to use the parks.

Everything was great!

WE HAD A GREAT STAY!

Pillows weren’t very comfortable and there is no coffee maker. The shower was lovely. Being able to sleep and shower after a day at the park was priceless. And the early entry!!!
