The bathtub was very slippery No handle bars or safety tubstrips. I fell in the tub because I had nothing to hold unto. We have always stayed at hotel breakers and we were always happy with the stay but not.this time.

Balconies are a bit disgusting, room and hotel are great

Very high charges for anything at the hotel other than the park ticket charge with discount and early access. The beach, outdoor pool and location were all very good to excellent.

When you stay here you are not staying for cleanliness or comfort so don’t expect that. You are staying for convenience of access

Tell us we needed an early entry pass to get in. We constantly had to pull up reservations to show them we were staying there. Another guest told us we had to ask for the pass. We had a housekeeping issues and no one came up. The staff didn’t offer any info on the property or any amenities.

Staff was fairly friendly. Parking was easy and breakfast at Perkins was delicious. I will say the room did not feel very clean but we only stayed two nights and didn't need to be in the room a whole lot. I just expected with the price I paid, the room and bathroom would have been a bit cleaner.

For the cost of the room I would have expected higher end amenities. Didn't feel very clean post shower. There wasn't even a toothbrush available at the front desk.

Of the two elevators in the wing, only one was working, so getting to and from our room wasn't easy. The stairs didn't connect to the ground floor so we often had to wait for the elevator. In the past we got a placard to put in our car window, this time we didn't, but used our park pass to get in the gate. We had to go in and out several times, it was no issue and the main street with all the stores is 10 minutes drive away. And the birds are smart enough not to get killed (inside joke for my boys). Most staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants like Perkins were understaffed - 3/4 of the restaurant was empty but there was still a half hour wait to be seated, and service was very slow. Long lines for coffee at Starbucks. Mama Chetta's pizza delivered to the room was great when tired from walking around the park all day, a much faster option. Overall, it's not a luxury but they do their best. The main attraction we're going for is the park, it's convenient to get in and out, the West wing is great because it's so close to the entrance. Will stay again if we go to Cedar Point.

a/c had a mind of its own. A few cobwebs, but no coffeemaker in room…

Great location and vibe but cleanliness needs more attention

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Very dated and musky smelling. Hallway carpet felt dirty. Room was not clean at all. Towel bar in the bathroom fell off. Dust was everywhere. As wanting to fulfill a childhood dream, the experience was a nightmare. I have photos. Also, I must have a arachnophobia because how many spider nests are all over the place? Everything seemed infested.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to Cedar Point. Room was comfortable, staff was helpful and we enjoyed the beach, pools and hot tubs. Good restaurant choices on-site. Was nice to be able to leave the park and go back to the room and then return.

    Exceptional

Great location for beach and the park. Restaurants and drinks were definitely at resort prices so I would recommend bringing your own snacks if in a family. Staff was very helpful. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room. I was concerned that it would be very loud with all of the families but our room on the seventh floor of the tower was great.

    Fantastic stay for families!

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Staff very helpful, room was clean but towels were just dumped in the room the 3rd day of our stay. Would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The only thing I would change is to add a coffee maker in the rooms

The trip was for my son’s birthday, he enjoyed the pools, beach and the Cedar Point. I asked had requested for an upgrade and special birthday accommodation, they were but able to accommodate neither request.

We love the convenience to the park and the beach/pool
