Great location Waited 45 minutes for the desk girl to finish smoking out in her car to check us in. There was multiple very unhappy guests standing there waiting also with multiple complaints. Got to our room and the key would not work. Had to go all the way back downstairs to get a new key that took another 30 minutes. Got back up to go into our room. The room was 85°. The air would not work called down. She said she was too busy that I'd have to wait till she had a chance to deal with it. She had other people to take care of. She said and hung up on me from that moment it just went downhill. It was terrible. Do not recommend.

This hotel is filthy rooms are dirty

Our stay here was incredibly frustrating due to a severe lack of staff and terrible organization.We arrived to check in at 4:30 PM, only to find the front desk completely empty. We had to wait around for 15 minutes because the only staff member was upstairs still cleaning the room.After finally getting our key and checking in, we left the hotel for the evening. We returned around 9:00 PM, and guess what? Our room card didn't work. We went back down to the lobby for help, but once again, there was no one at the front desk. They were apparently still upstairs cleaning rooms.The complete lack of customer service and unavailable staff made what should have been an easy stay a massive headache. I would not recommend staying here.

This is not in any way a luxury hotel. The rooms are old and outdated and lacked normal amenities that you would find in a luxury hotel. We had one piece of tissue left in the tissue box, I requested a new tissue box and the very next day it appeared to have been handled but found only one tissue was put in the empty box! Seriously? We needed a flashlight to use the bathroom as the light did not work, and we told the desk who did nothing to fix it. No coffee maker in the room and no fresh coffee downstairs. The microwave did not work and the identical room across the hall included two tv’s, ours had one. The bed linens appeared to be from the 80’s, no comforter and the paper thin blanket was useless. It is advertised that this has a bar and a restaurant which are not operational any longer. Their online rating is wrong as they aren’t even near two stars. Avoid this hotel.

Comfortable room I was there on Thursday Friday Saturday night bar never opened restaurant never opened place felt like a sinking ship door keys quit working every night no coffee in room laundry machines out of order

No one in the lobby upon check-in or checkout. Stood in the lobby upon arrival speaking loudly (Hello Hello). 3 to 5 minutes. Checkout this time I rang the bell on the counter 3 to 4 times. Shower head almost fell off trying to adjust it.

Call back. I finally went down and she was trying to secure more people apparently they expected 25 arrivals and that jumped to 74. I told her we couldn’t stay in a room that hot and she finally moved us to the second floor thankfully. The room was cooler and they semi worked with horrible sound. WiFi was still sporadic but we could Sleep in the very hard beds. Next morning we went down for breakfast and there were at 9am 5 hard pancakes and nothing else. We checked out and went to Mac Donald’s. Over 350 dollars plus additional tax that they added on and no free breakfast, two towels one for each of us. Would not recommend and will never stay there again

No internet at all to use the tv I call the office around d 7:30 she said she’ll be up and never came I was traveling with a 2 year old who couldn’t watch tv and when you pay almost $400 you would expect everything to work

Horrible experience all around. I can't think of one good thing. Staff was rude, room was a dump, had to switch rooms at midnight, spiders, false advertisement etc. You name it. We left early very disappointed. Avoid this place at all costs.

Hotel looked nice, it was big. Pool was nice beds were comfortable. Rooms had all basic amenities needed Tv did not work. Room was 90 degrees and took sometime to cool down. There were tons of dead lady bugs in the room. The toilet looked like it had not been scrubbed. Restaurant and bar advertised were closed.

Nothing really is so good about it.Staff was nice and professional but the hotel needs to be cleaned up!!

Freshly painted room. Blood on the drapes. Thank god it was for only one night. Oh and the hidden charges. Massive diss!!!

I stayed here and it’s a beautiful hotel but there was no hot water and the tv and WiFi wasn’t working and the AC wasn’t working in my first room, the pool area was beautiful but the water was cold and the breakfast was cold and i don’t know what type of breakfast was it

We were so disappointed. No wifi and no tv without paying extra money. The room didn’t smell clean. The couch looked dirty. As much as we paid for two nights, I would have expected a perfect experience. So sad. We won’t stay here again. We will go to Yorkville next time.
