Somewhat easy to get to . Close to several gas and food options. No breakfast, in need of renovation.

The beds were comfortable and the ac worked really well! I didn’t like that the bed sheets had stains! The location was terrible! The bathroom shower was low pressure! Asked for a smoking room and didn’t get that! The towels had a smell and had stains on it!

The coffee maker didn’t work but I was able to heat up water in the microwave. TV remote was confusing and buttons didn’t work well.

It’s an older property but it’s been kept up well. The room was clean and everything was in working order. I would definitely recommend, and the next time I’m in the area I will be staying here.

Location is in same town as my grandkids for visiting. Highway location was good for me to continue my trip to Colorado. Rooms were very clean and comfortable for the price. Lots of construction on I-35 service road next to motel. Rooms were quiet w little hwy noise.

Location Shower curtain was very dirty. There was an incident in the room next-door to us that had two EMT trucks responding. We just came in with our two children and had to cover their faces to get them in the room. It was very scary for them and us. We will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Next day, we leave to go fishing and come back late afternoon, again on a very hot day, only to find that they had cleaned our room but turned the air conditioner OFF! Again another miserable hot room. We have stayed here multiple times because it is very clean. Just a little aggravating on a hot day!

Sheets were not change. The place was dirty and it smelled really bad.
