The location by the beach is excellent. The restaurant was great. Nice variety of food and drinks, excellent quality and wonderful service. The room was basic. No daily room refresh. Had the same towels for our 2 day stay. Refrigerator was just cold and not sufficient efficiency or size to cope with the Florida climate.

While the hotel is on the beach, it is a long walk from the rooms to the actual beach. Their swim pool was nice, clean and not at all crowded. Expedia put a $50 charge on my card, for some unknown reason, but I was told it would be refunded. I sure hope so.

The room was great. The beautiful beach was feet away. The burger restaurant on site is the best around. We plan on coming again next time in florida. And the staff was extraordanry.

Beautiful room and grounds. Affordable hotel that is in a great location. We've staying in numerous places on Sanibel over the last 15 years and this topped them all. The staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant was amazing with a great selection and prices. Loved the beach with lounge chairs and so many shells! We will be back next year!

It woukd be a great addition to provide umbrellas for the beach. The staff was great and very helpful.

Beach access was amazing. Resort restaurant was excellent and shopping was was all very near by. Overall excellent place and can't wait to go back..

Perfect location, lovely beach, wonderful staff at the hotel & restaurant. The food was so good! Loved the homemade blueberry muffins! I will be coming back to stay ❤️

Good resort, great location. It is on the beach. The pool area isn't big but we spent most of our time at the beach, so it didn't matter. The only reason I gave it a 4 on amenities is because while they do offer beach chairs, they do not provide beach umbrellas. You have to purchase one if you need it. We bought one for $35 but well worth it since we used it all the time we were there. The staff is so wonderful and the room was clean. It was quiet even though there were quite a few people there. Don't sleep on the restaurant BRGR, it has great service and one of the best burgers I've ever had. I would book this resort again. We've been going to Sanibel for years and we love it.
