The cleanliness, the close proximity to Holiday world, breakfast was hot The shower curtain isn't lined so the water goes through it onto the floor. The chairs are very worn out, you sink extremely low into the chair. There's just two pillows on each bed that are very flat, dollar store quality. The mattresses have oversized toppers on them instead of buying new. Overall very dated, especially for the rate charged.

Room was clean, probably would be better with new bed spreads and definitely better pillows.

Loved the proximity to Holiday World! It would have been nice to have an in-room fridge.

It is very run down. You have to pay extra for a fridge and microwave.

It was very close to Holiday World The property needed upgrading very badly. The mattresses were absolutely horrible. I might as well have slept on the floor, I might have slept better and that is no lie. I wish I would have brought my blow up queen size air mattress. And I wish we would have stayed about 30 miles away from Holiday World bc I feel we would have been more rested then.

The convenience of being right by the park is great. The breakfast was also a good thing. We stayed here many years ago and it could use some updating in my opinion.

Really close to holiday world. Decent priced for the area. Not brand new its older but Not ran down. Definitely will stay again with the family. Only small complaint if you have a low profile car or lowered car use the main entrance or far one of the dead end for the rear entrance or else you will bottom out or rub pretty hard. Nice sized pool outside and inside also. Nice breakfast in the mornings.

Clean pool areas. Check lamp light bulbs and tv remote batteries.

It is very dated, it smells old and musty, I pulled the blanket back to get in bed and there was hair all over the sheet. It os conveniently located to what I wanted to do, but for +$200, I would stay further away and driver in.

The closeness to Holiday World. The pools were fun for the kids. I feel the indoor pool area could use some paint to look nicer, but still nice.

That it was close to our destination. It was very small and very outdated. Needs a good coat of paint as the expression goes. Also, felt that it was a little pricey for what it was. We also only stayed one night instead of the two and were still charged for the additional night.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet, well-maintained, for a facility with some years on it, but are small and in need of updating (replace carpet with other easier to clean flooring). The AC unit struggled to keep the room comfortable. The pool area concrete is in desperate need of resurfacing (lots of peeling paint). The breakfast buffet was good; however, sugar free sweetener is limited to sweet and low (bitter saccharine). Staff are friendly and helpful. It's close and convenient after a long day in the parks, although a bit pricey considering the condition of the facility.

Whole place needs updated. Feels dingy. Won’t be staying again.
