Was easy to locate .-The room was very clean and comfortable and the ambiance was peaceful and true to the theme .

Very cute, clean and the staff were very helpful. The mattress on our king sized bed was horrible. We are not large people, but we spent all night trying not to roll in the middle. It definitely needs to be replaced.

Dirty towels when I got there. Door from hallway was difficult to open. Pool closed at 10:00

Location, indoor pool and hot tub, clean room. Staff was very pleasant. Very dirty in parking lot (lots of trash and food, overflowing garbage cans). The pool and hot tub were clean but dirty around it. Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned or swept in a while. Definitely need a new mattress and pillows.

Convenient location to holiday world Trash around the facility was not picked up and trash cans at entrance 2 were full and not emptied

Bad

Breakfast was an okay continental with some scrambled eggs(powdered) and thin sausage. Both were not really hot at 8:30 am. The outside area was unkept and outdated. The room/ ac smelled like mildew. The pillows smelled bad and the bed was very soft (I like firm) and worn out.

The property needs updated the hallways smelled odd and the room needed a better tv and for the beds to be more solid one made noise when you set on it or moved The pool was ok and the hot tub was ok breakfast was terrible but was a short drive to holiday world Look at what ai wrote above I don’t plan to rewrite it I just put it on the one

The lodge is rustic, comfortable, clean, close to attractions, and fun! I loved it! The staff is courteous, friendy, and helpful.

Nice little stop over

Woke up and out son had flea bits on him and a flea. My younger cousin found a half eaten cookie and lighter under the bed would not recommend this hotel

We had an incredible time. We checked in around 7pm after spending the day at Holiday World. The lady at the desk was prompt and extremely helpful, while also feeling like an old friend. The place is beautifully decorated for Christmas and it's incredibly cozy. The room was standard however I liked the comfortable sitting chair and cute cabin style furniture. There is also an adorable gift shop. We had a full buffet style breakfast that makes me wish I could revisit it again in the morning. Lol, final note the swimming pools and hot tub we're very nice. The only thing that would be nice is to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

This is what was advertised online and my reason for booking. Not a single one of the above amenities was available and staff said they never were! Breakfast wasn’t good which was also advertised to be “excellent”! Housekeeping never came to our room to clean or even make a bed. Staff at the desk were very nice but that was the only good quality of the place. The lodge was dirty and the pool area floors were discolored and chipping paint. I could certainly not recommend this place to anyone I know. I feel I was essentially ripped off due to false advertisement. The kids called it “weird”!
