Fun place to stay super close to Holiday World. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable rooms. Would stay there again for sure!

Charm factor is 10/10, but the property looks very run down and not maintained well, and honestly a little dirty. Also the trash in our room wasn’t changed before our arrival. We wanted to rate the hotel higher because the potential here is huge but just leaves a lot of room for improvement. Not sure if we’ll ever stay here again as memorable as the decor is.

Breakfast was nice. Staff was working hard to keep it stocked. Property was clean. Front desk staff was nice. Right across the street from Holiday World.

This property certainly has potential, but it's evident that some attention and updates are needed. The landscaping could use some revitalization to enhance its curb appeal. Addressing the various areas of disrepair would significantly improve the overall impression. With some dedicated care and modernization, this could truly become a wonderful place to experience. It's a shame it's not currently living up to its full possibilities.

Our toilet wouldn't flush, there were some spiders in my son's room, and the blankets and towels were still wet or humid.

The facility is tired and needs lots of attention. Manager needs to pay more attention to details like littering outside door ways. Light bulbs burned out. Conditions of the pool and hot tub. Also presentations holiday decorations and lights around the facility.

The hotel staff was wonderful, and we didn't realize breakfast was included - which was a nice perk! There was no overhead lighting in our room - just lamps, and the sheets / pillows felt a bit damp.

Location It seems like it has been going downhill over the last few years.

We enjoyed our stay for the week. We are going back in November for another week. I hope to get the same room. Staff was amazing, very accommodating. The weekend breakfast was amazing. Room was comfortable.
