Everything was fantastic. The place is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Our king room was spacious with an awesome bathroom. The pool is clean, they have comfortable chaise lounges and great towels. The complimentary shuttle service took us into town daily(10min ride) and was so convenient . Horseback riding, trail walks and art activities were all great. I highly recommend it is a special place.

Not a five star. Service was non-existent until we made multiple complaints, which is my way least favorite thing to do. Pool was filled with bugs. Should have stayed at the rosewood.

We really like the golf cart service available on the property and the shuttle service into town. You just need to be aware that there can be a wait time for shuttle service. The cafe and restaurant onsite are both well-staffed with professional and personable staff. We enjoyed pastries at the cafe in the morning and delicious meals and cocktails at the restaurant.

It was a wonderful and peaceful property. Our room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing! The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The service was top-notch. It had a small spa and beautiful pool. The restaurant was wonderful and it was easy to access hiking trails from the property. I would highly recommend!

Back and relax. A wonderful retreat in a stunning setting. The rooms are impeccable. Pool and hot tub area is spacious enough for privacy and families. The restaurant and snack bar have tremendous food and service. Ride horses, do yoga, hike, or just sit and enjoy the view.

I loved everything about this property especially the staff, the beautiful room and grounds, the pool and hot tub and proximity to the city and hikes. They will shuttle you around the property and into the city. I also loved that you can text the front desk for anything you need.

Great place, going back this year

Everyone was so kind and attentive and the rooms and grounds were so beautiful and clean.

Room was spotless, staff were exceptional, the chef was beyond great. Only mi or issue was some of the lighting on some of the paths around the property.

Very helpful hotel and activities staff. Amazing auto lending program. Wish we could stay a week!

The service was fantastic. Staff was friendly and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. The Skyfire restaurant was amazing! The resort is beautiful, I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Santa Fe!

Staff were great but room was definitely mis priced for value. We stayed in the Kiva Sun which was certainly one of the more expensive rooms and it definitely wasn’t worth the price. Overall a nice place
