Clean but dated.

There were bugs in the room. Not many, but one is too many. A/C took forever to cool the room. The bathroom needs to be redone. Cracked floor tiles. shower tiles in desperate need of being redone. It is time. It was quiet and safe. Front staff looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. People want real half and half for their coffee, not that that chemical mixture posing as cream.

A very nice large room--a great deal for the price. The staff was very helpful. A great taco shop in the same building. No pool or breakfast (they did have morning coffee), but a very comfortable room and eating places nearby.

I booked on Expedia and it was advertised that the location offered a buffet breakfast. They do not. They do have a taco restaurant on site however they had closed early. At check-in they have a sign to please excuse the Chinese bugs, they’re harmless little black bugs that enter through the room ac. We ended up having black bugs but they were kissing black bugs which can be very harmful. Very unpleasant odor in the hotel as well.

The experience was okay. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. We all woke up in pain. The room was fairly clean. The outside of the property is pretty dumpy and trash every where. Online it says "offsite" pool available which is not true. Overall probably would not stay here again

The hotel is my go-to for visiting up north in New Mexico. It's super clean, the rooms have what you need. No freezers but they have working ice machines. Bring a gallon zip lock bag if you need ice. The room heating and cooling works well. No swimming pool. There's a hiking path out back from the parking lot that borders the desert. Right next door to the south is El Parasol restaurant with wide hours which is good because the food at the hotel/casino have limited hours. The red chile sauce at El Parasol is to die for. The hotel is a good midway point for trips to Santa Fe, Española and Los Alamos. Super value.

Bath and bed linens had faded stains on them but they smelled clean and felt good. Mattress was very comfortable and it was extremely quiet in the room, halls and lobby. I suspect someone had been smoking in the elevator. Overall I'll stay there again.

Small hotel casino.

I was very glad to see that there was a casino across the parking lot from the hotel that meant two things to me a little gambling and some food. I enjoyed everything.

Best place to stay with my dog

It was creepy like the backrooms, the chairs had weird stains in the room and the bathroom door would close by itself. We chose a king bed but got two full size beds instead. The room was humid despite the AC set on 68. Some of the light bulbs were burnt out as well.

Clean room, helpful staff, easy parking.

The young lady that received our reservation and was working the front desk on 7/26 was very polite and kind.

Everything was great! The staff was great!

The property looks nice, but our room was not so great. The hall was beautiful, but our room was run down needing some updates and new carpet, at least.
