Air conditioning didn’t work in 92 degree weather. Blow dryer didn’t work. One of the double beds was broke

We had read in other reviews that the hotel restaurant had good food but we were not expecting it to be 5 star amazing! The staff and cook were so nice and made us feel right at home. We were able to watch some of the World Cup while we enjoyed the delicious food. Great was to start our vacation!

I hate to leave a bad review, but they should do better. Maintain the property, empty the trash cans, and make sure to clean the rooms properly.

This was a one night stay for my wife and I. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. I will stay there again next time I am in the area.

It’s not a fancy place but it has very comfortable beds, clean room, wonderful shower, helpful, friendly staff so it’s a great bargain for the price. It’s also a great location for traveling between Los Alamos- Santa Fe.

The tiniest bit of research tells a woeful tail of the perfect storm of online gaming and further expanded prediction, market, trading like Kashi and in fighting and lawsuit bosses… All have spelled A pretty clear vocabulary of eminent demise. I feel bad for the local folks and the economy. But times are tough all over and learning and growing and surviving well beyond the moment I’ll take courage and resilience and a winning path of leadership forward.

Need phone charging outlets. No coffee makers in room and coffee only available in the morning for guests. No place to eat after 8 p.m. at casino or hotel.

Location was convenient for the purpose of my trip. Rooms are out dated and need renovations. Broken tiles in the bathroom and toilet paper dispenser needs to be fixed or replaced. Found a few bugs flying in the room.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Water pressure is anazing and AC is cold.

The coffee offered in the morning should at least be accompanied by a danish and orange juice. All that was offered was coffee (only).

The food was great at the restaurant. My wife ordered a hamburger. It was at least 10 inches round.

The AC unit in the room didn’t work- it was hot! Very hard to sleep in a hot room. The tub had mold around the edges. The only ice available was through the kitchen. And staff didn’t speak English so it was hard to get help. Would not stay here again!
