Next morning's breakfast was awful. Cold eggs and hashbrowns. Requested hot food and was given the same plate slightly warmed. The plate was hotter than the food. Given the price for a stay and the fact that guests are a captive audience, the food should be absolutely on point.

Overall accommodations, facilities and staff were excellent. Would like to see the Sage lounge open for drinks and snacks in the evening.

This is a really dated property for the price they are charging. And they seem to completely disregard customer comfort, or have basics. You are out in the middle of no where, they have a restaurant but no where to grab a sandwich- frozen whipped ricotta and dry, cold pita chips will cost you $15. No chips or snacks, save the 12-15$ for some terrible natural products. No vending machines. And honestly I’ve been to many, many hot springs and spa resorts- it is totally not worth it!

Romantic and refreshing experience! My wife and I loved it!

Do NOT stay here. I'm a native of Santa Fe and have visited Ojo for day trips but never spent the night. I always loved the grounds and spa. I booked a room for my honeymoon night- it was AWFUL. We heard the front desk staff refusing a refund/room change for a guest because they booked through a 3rd party site as we waited to check in. Then we made our way to our room. There was bed bug spray along every base board, eggs/debris in all the furniture and along the baseboard, and blood stains on the linens and mattress. I've gotten them twice before so I know EXACTLY what it is. They even had a bed bug mattress cover- something I think should come standard in every hotel room, but it never does. It is ONLY in rooms that have active infestations. The room was absolutely filthy, crumbs everywhere, stained sheets. We went to the front desk and should've immediately demanded a refund, but we had booked the private dining room for our family and needed to get to it asap. So we just asked to be moved to a different room in a different building. They were unkind and unapologetic. Our new room was worse than the first; filthy, debris on the floor, dead bugs in the corners. Nasty old carpet, stained sheets and linens. A giant pee stain on the mattress. We paid over 330 for a luxury night and instead got outdated and disgusting. And black mold everywhere on the ceilings on the property. We were denied a refund when we tried to leave after dinner since we booked through expedia,

Soak away your stress in this meticulously maintained resort. My girlfriend got to play with rescue puppies while I swam in a salt water pool. 10/10 would recommend.
-
PS - did I mention they foster puppies and twice a day you can go play with them?!

I loved soaking in the mineral water, and the different tubs offer a variety of temperatures, so you can find exactly what feels best for you. Resting in the hammocks and simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings was wonderful. The restaurant is amazing—organic and a perfect fit for the atmosphere of the resort. I especially love the berry salad! The rooms are so comfortable, and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and simply taking in the beauty of nature. The new pool is also a wonderful addition! The employees are kind, welcoming, and very approachable. There is something so special about this place, and I truly love Ojo Spa and Resort. I already know I’ll want to come back again! ❤️

This was a wonderful property with great amenities. There was a slight issue about the reservation for both the property and the spa services. However, the staff remained professional and helpful, and both were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. The amenities are great for relaxing and feeling pampered. I'd definitely go again and recommend it for anyone who wants a beautiful way to treat themselves (and their friends).
