Great new hotel, no complaints. Breakfast was good and the outdoor area were also nice. Rooms are clean and large.

The facility was nice, calm and clean. Staff was nice. Ambience was quiet. The smell in my room was bad. It smelled like humidity. The pillows and bedding had a horrible smell. At the point I was waken up in the middle of the night becasue the smell on the pillow. I asked the cleaing lady to please go to my room and get the garbage out and provide new trash bag for the bathroom and was never done. The eggs during breakfast tasted bad and the potatoes was very very hard and cold.

Wonderful new and very clean hotel! My family and I had a fantastic stay and were truly impressed. The room had everything we needed, and it felt just like home. The staff was welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

Este ha sido el mejor hotel que me hospedado en los últimos años. La suite es espectacular. 1 habitación privada con sala y sofá cama y una cocina súper completa hasta con nevera tamaño normal y lava vajillas. El baño súper amplio y cómodo. Lo mejor el hotel nuevo. Impecable. Cuidaron cada detalle en la infraestructura y materiales de decoración y acabados. El área de piscina está tan bonito que durante 2 noches no salimos a pasear la ciudad. Nos quedamos a la luz de la luna. Estuvo genial la hora feliz. En las tardes de 7-7 pm Bebidas y snack gratis. El señor Carlos del bar nos atendió como reyes. Que amables también las chicas de limpieza. Le pedí toallas y en solo 2 minutos me llevaron. La gerente se acercó a preguntarme si todo estaba bien. El otro punto positivo fue el desayuno wow que gran variedad y el servicio en platos y vajilla de vidrio y finos cubiertos, hacía sentir en que estábamos en un hotel 5*. Lo único que de verdad no daría la mayor puntuación fue a las Sras de recepción. Nos atendió al llegar una señora mayor que no fue lo más cordial y luego estuvo otra sra tampoco amena ya que ni un saludo amigable nos dio más bien bastante seria, eso resto todo lo excelente del hotel. Pero todo lo demás superó las expectativas

The room was so big and comfortable that I was already mentally extending our three-day stay to a full week. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and feels brand new, but the real highlight was the staff. We showed up a couple of hours early, fully expecting to just wait around, but Najia welcomed us with a smile, got us laundry room key cards so we could be productive while we waited, and then surprised us by letting us know our room was ready earlier than expected. That’s the kind of customer service that starts a trip off right. Then, a couple of days later, our door lock apparently decided it had reached retirement age. Najia immediately jumped in to help, and Bryan from maintenance came up to work his magic. As someone who works in installation, I know how much fun it is to have people standing over your shoulder while you’re trying to fix something (spoiler: it’s not), but Bryan couldn’t have been friendlier. He joked with us through the whole process, made sure we were taken care of, and when it became clear the lock needed to be replaced, they quickly moved us to another room and handled everything with genuine care. What impressed me most wasn’t just those two—it was everyone. Every employee we crossed paths with smiled, said hello, and actually seemed happy to be there. You can’t fake that kind of atmosphere, and it made the entire stay even better. We’d stay here again without hesitation. And Fuzzys Tacos across the street is AMAZING! Went 4x in 3 days. Honestly, the only negative was that our room’s door lock randomly decided it was done with its career. Mechanical things fail, and that’s just part of life, so I can’t really hold that against the hotel. What matters is how it’s handled, and the staff responded quickly, kept us informed, moved us to another room without any hassle, and made sure we were well taken care of. If that’s the biggest complaint I can come up with, I’d say that’s a pretty successful stay.

We love the hotel's facilities: swimming pool, gym, free use of laundry room, and the patio area. The room was fabulous; big, comfortable, sparkly clean and with everything you need. The king bed and pillows were super comfortable. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Plenty of parking. We will sure be coming back. This was our second stay at the hotel, they still have many issues with the breakfast room and the food they serve. They run out very early on some of the items they offer for breakfast. That is; yogourt, fruits, and juices. Juice dispenser and toaster not working. This time the person in charge of the area was polite and with much better manners than the one we had during our first stay. We are glad that we gave the hotel a second chance.
