No housekeeping on weekends. Stayed Friday til Tuesday morning. Never had new towels or new sheets or pick up of trash

El hotel esta impecable ,el servicio exelente ,el desayuno muy bueno y esta como a 30 min. de siesta key beach ,en conclusión el hotel es un 10/10 lo recomiéndo .

After ~15 minutes, a woman came out of that door with a cart. I tried to be friendly saying "glad you're here, I couldn't find the house phone to call". She said "what house phone?" and I pointed to the sign on the front desk. She then said "that's only for guests from the room". I explained we were waiting to check in. With no apology or even change in facial expression, she put her cart away first and came to the front desk. I then said "you must be busy tonight, I tried calling the main hotel phone number after waiting this long, but no one answered." She explained that number rings the front desk and she wasn't at the front desk. She continued to check us in, in a monotone voice as if nothing had happened. I thanked her for checking us in and commented we had travelled for several hours, were very tired and glad we finally found her after waiting. With no change in expression, she just told us our room was down the hall on the right. The next morning I met the Operations Manager in the hallway, who was extremely friendly and helpful. The Ops Manager's professionalism and service is the primary reason we rated the hotel better.

The internet/ dish connection did not work but the staff quickly switched me to an upgraded room with working cable. The staff was really friendly and attentive throughout my stay.
