Good location A/C unit didn’t work properly, the room was very damp (carpet & bedding), very uncomfortable, horrible smell in the hallways

No where to hang clothes in the room. Wish they had a pool. The grounds could have been kept nicer.

Breakfast was short staffed. Terrible coffee. Food was good. Hire more than one person at breakfast time. Coffee ☕ was extremely strong and cold.

Room was very drafty and I had the hot tub suite. Also there was no ice or vending machines on 2nd floor. No elevator. Bed was not comfortable... seems like it was like 20 years old.

The room was not what we booked. We booked a 2 bed room with a pull out couch and then were told that room didn’t exist

The location was good Thought breakfast was included but found out there’s none on the weekends. Would have liked to have been given the seniors’ rate. Room was a little dusty, could have been cleaned better. Bathtub faucet dripped all night long.

Location was the primary reason for the stay. Property was fine, I would not say I didn’t like anything with respect to the property.

I wasn't in the room for more then 30 minutes and there were visible bed bugs. This was in the middle of the day...and when I let the front desk know they said they would refund me in full which didnt happen. So not only was I 400 miles from home but I had to find a new hotel on the fly on a friday and pay for a second hotel. Horrible business...

The breakfast was great, not like the powdered breakfast that seems to be offered everywhere now a days. Sit down and eat real food. I truly enjoyed my breakfast 2 poached eggs , ham, toast and amazing fruit. I travel for work and am there Once a month. It was quiet and clean and a restaurant with good food. Great drinks too!

Location is nice Room smelt like musty pee For $150 a night you get a shoe box. Super outdated bathroom as well. Way way way overpriced for what you get. They put more effort into the lobby than the rooms.

Location. Parking. 1. Bed lamps did not work. 2. AC was awfully noisy. It was turned off, because we could not sleep. 3. Direction of shower head could not be controlled. 4. Uncomfortable mattress. 5. An unnecessary cumbersome payment procedure. 6. No breakfast on weekends. 7. A sink is located to low, it was uncomfortable to wash face. 8. The elevator is too far from the room.
