Clean, convenient Overall, while rooms were clean, they were old, outdated

Too crowded to have breakfast More seating

Went to take a shower in the morning. The shower was broken. Wife and I couldn’t take a shower. Called front desk, said they would send somebody up to fix. Nobody showed up. Went to breakfast came back still not fixed. I expect a good discount on the room. I have pics of the shower with no pull up knob that transfers to the shower. I booked this through Expedia, they said they could do nothing that I needed to contact Expedia. Please respond asap with restitution at least 25%. Thx

Walls had half fixed holes and wall paper peeling. Mattress was dirty and stained Good place to crash for the night but that’s about it.

Everything was great except the air conditioner was very loud.

We found dirty clothes in the drawers. And the bathroom door didn’t close. No shampoo

We had a great time on our weekend trip. Room where clean and bed was really comfortable.

Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with several choices.

It was fine if you need a one or two night stop-over, but it smelled strongly of pine sol, and made it hard to sleep. I heard one customer at the desk say that he just checked in (it was 7pm) and his room was not cleaned, the sheets were in disarray etc. My room was clean, but the hotel seemed in need of an upgrade.

2. Deodorizer or cleaner used in room was way overpowering , too perfumey! Left widows open w ac on to help. 3. Bathroom needs an overhaul, Tub fixtures loose or broken. 4. Breakfast was horrible, cold eggs cold sausage , no waffle batter in dispenser, tables needed wiping. 5. Just an overall unkept hotel , won’t be back!

The pillow sheets had stains on them and some of them were just dirty. We asked to changed the pillow covers for new ones, but instead of giving us the covers and doing it ourselves, they intended to do it for us knowing that they’re not allowed to do so while we are in our room.

Hotel needs to be clean and refreshed

We have stayed here many times and like how close it is to the ocean and other activities in the area.

The whole building is just disgusting. The room was filthy had black mold all over in every corner. The bedding was dirty we ended up taking the pillow cases off. The bathroom was horrible. And the free breakfast all the utensils were dirty the towel underneath the warmer look like it hasn’t been changed in a month. Definitely should not be making money on such a filthy motel .

replace the carpet with ceramic tiles or floating flooring

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Will definitely stay again!

On est allé à cet hôtel, puisqu’il y avait une piscine et la piscine était tellement verte et sentait tellement mauvais que nous ne pouvions pas nous baigner. Les chambres sentaient la cigarette.

It was in a great location The pool wasn’t clean, breakfast area was cramped

The bathroom sink had facial hair in it when we arrived, coffee no available after 9am. Do people do not get up early enough for that. Room smelled of stale smoke.
