Super 8 by Wyndham Schenectady/Albany Area

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Doors banging all night. Breakfast was a joke. Bagels, muffins or bread. The juice dispenser was out of order. Was supposed to stay three nights. Checked out after first night. Front desk could barely speak English. There were two cop cars in front of the hotel in the morning. Room smelled of smoke. Was supposed to be non smoking.

Very disappointed. WiFi not working. Lights by bed not working. Phone in room not working. Check in delayed due to manager being on phone.

WiFi was not working, but there is good cellphone service in the area. There is a Pizzeria and a Cumberland Farms, each a two minute walk away, and a Dunkin' about 1/2 mile away.

Carpets throughout the hotel were stained, worn and disgusting. Bathroom floor was stained, furniture was all roughshod, doors were all marked up and the whole place did not seem clean. Breakfast looked pathetic.

The location was just a few minutes from the person I was visiting. The room was neat, clean and comfortable. The staff was cordial and efficient. I have no complaints

When we arrived they required a $50 security deposit. That deposit was to be refunded and that did not happen. We called and they assured us the deposit would be refunded. Six days later and refund is still not refunded. We will be calling our Visa card bank to dispute the charge. This is not acceptable.

Need a variety of stuff just bead and waffle Up grate the WiFi and the breakfast etc need better pillows

The sheets were stained. The shower curtain had mold.

I was unable to check in because their internet was not working. I waited 2 hours to no avail had to book another hotel .. had to call to ask expedia for a refund as they were not going to give it to me at first .thru expedia... then I called the front desk again and they followed thru and gave refund...what a hassle but front desk clerk was nice ...

I was also hesitant to unpack my luggage because cockroaches were crawling on the walls. I have photos documenting the condition of the room. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless major improvements are made to its cleanliness and maintenance. The staff say to call of anything but there was no phone in the room. I was afraid to venture out of the room once in. The hallways and stairs were very dirty.

The room had not been vacuumed and the rug and chair were dirty. The juice machine (at breakfast time) was broken and no beverage alternatives were offered.

My shower didn't work, hair all over the toilet and tub, sink was dirty.
