The cliff views are spectacular and the staff is friendly and helpful. The cliffside rooms need to be renovated, carpet and old unfortunately. The hotel rooms are updated and modern not the cliffside rooms.

We absolutely loved the grounds, views and the spa was amazing! Best massage I’ve had in a long time! Continental breakfast is so good but you can get a more substantial breakfast and use the credit, delicious!! I would come back here for sure!!

Bugs that dripping on you from the ceiling. Rude and mean staff the bat tender gave us drinks with soap in it worst time of my life

We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and the hotel had a bottle of sparkling wine and a piece of cake in our room later in the day. They also upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early. We had a great time!

This property is amazing and I will most definitely return the next time we are in Scottsdale. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. All areas of the resort are clean and well maintained. The rooms are neat and clean, decorated very nicely with amazing views of the mountains. The pools are well maintained with many seating options along with shade umbrellas- it was a bonus to have wait staff serve pool-side. The property is easy to find and close to everything you might need in Scottsdale, including a short drive to Old Scottsdale.

We had a fabulous stay at Adero. The property is spotless and gorgeous, with sweeping views and well appointed spaces. We particularly enjoyed our spacious room and bathroom, super comfy beds, the 5,000 square foot, state of the art fitness center, the pool area, and Cielo restaurant. Our son enjoyed using one of the hotel telescopes from our balcony (the resort is dark sky certified). The service from the entire staff was impeccable and we will return again!

The spa was amazing and restaurant was delicious. Live music in the lobby Friday evening made the experience that much better.
