This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, greeting every guest with a warm and friendly attitude. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Every detail contributed to a relaxing experience, and it was clear that customer service is a top priority here. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely be returning!

Convenient location, good amenities. Spa jets didn't seem to work and I guess the free shuttle no longer operates on weekends? Otherwise everything was fine.

All staff interactions were great. Very friendly and helpful. Food. Ugh could be better. When my wife went to get in the shower and she grabbed a bath towel to put by the shower door a huge moth flew out of the towel. If you are on any floor other than the first expect to wait a while for the elevator. Low stock in the 24 hour store.

They have a very nice salt water pool and a better value than most places in Scottsdale. Only 10 minutes to Talking Stick

The room was clean. Shower was good with hot water. Location was very good. I had one breakfast, not included but good selection and prepared fresh. The bed was comfortable. Kristina was at the desk when I arrived and she was a delight! I had a wonderful 3 day stay. Thank you!
