Fountain Park Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Clean comfortable room and bed. Nice exercise room and pool area

This was our second stay here. We like the perfect walkable location to the fountain park and the restaurants. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, there is a decent gym (if you feel like squeezing in a workout)

The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in cleanliness and attention to detail. The entire property was equally impressive—modern, inviting, and very well cared for. The location couldn’t have been better. It was conveniently located near everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to get around while still providing a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, immaculate accommodations, and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again!

The room, the pool, the staff, all were perfect. We loved how quiet it was inside our room and at the pool. Great place to stay for close access to the city amenities/activities.

Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was a plus. Would stay here again.

Property was clean and everyone was helpful. I knocked a star off, because we were disappointed in the breakfast. Most BW hotels have a hot selection to go with the standards. They only had refrigerated bisquits and croissants. Being a diabetic, I had to remove all breading in order to have breakfast. Just not what was expected.

3 night stay and there was no servicing of the room during the stay. Fortunately it was just myself so it was not a big deal and I did not call to ask for it. Internet is subpar compared to most. Other than those items it is a nice, clean and excellent located facility to stay in Fountain Hills.

We love this place and have been staying there the past 4 years when we visit Arizona.

Lastly our 2 year old opened the bedside drawers and found used wipes inside, made us question the entire cleanliness of the room after finding those... Location however was great!

Doctor visit brought us to the area and we decided to try staying here. We were not disappointed. This has to be one of the quietest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. All employees we engaged were helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. While we didn’t use the workout room, it seemed to have everything that would be wanted for a great workout. The pool and jacuzzi were great after a long car ride. There were many choices to select from at the breakfast room including yogurt, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, juices and coffee - something for everyone. We will definitely keep them in mind when we head to this area again!

The pool bathroom was broken the whole time, kind of Awkward to run back to the room soaking wet :) other than that it was an awesome stay.
