Fountain Park Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Location was convenient and the room was comfortable at a fair price. Breakfast was there too, but I wouldn't rely on it if you're someone who needs an actual breakfast meal. There is a strong odor in the hallways likely from smokers. Would not recommend for someone who is sensitive to scents or has allergies. Also there does not seem to be AC in the halls or stairwell, both are significantly hotter than the rooms which can be uncomfortable.

The fountain view was a scene

Big room. Clean. Decent breakfast. Good variety of packaged items to heat in microwave- burritos and breakfast sandwiches. Hard boiled eggs. Breads. Yogurt. Good coffee! Juice. Worked just fine for us.

Nothing, they refused to let my ESA stay with us. The guy working the desk was rude and I’ll never stay with a BW facility ever again Everything. Staff was rude

I loved that my room was nice and quiet, the most important thing for me was the comfortable bed. So grateful! The breakfast was good and gym was great. My favourite thing was how helpful Brian at the front desk was. He was friendly and then on day 3 I got sick with a terrible flu and he really helped me, was so kind, directed me where to go to get medications and supplies and was very kind. Thank you Brian. I would've loved some fresh salad or vegetable things at breakfast too. Fruit, eggs and bread etc were great

This was our second stay here. We like the perfect walkable location to the fountain park and the restaurants. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, there is a decent gym (if you feel like squeezing in a workout)

The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in cleanliness and attention to detail. The entire property was equally impressive—modern, inviting, and very well cared for. The location couldn’t have been better. It was conveniently located near everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to get around while still providing a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, immaculate accommodations, and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again!

Very simple check in and check out process, the pool and gym are great and open during reasonable times, and overall clean and welcoming.

The room is always very clean and comfortable... You can tell it's a little older with minor repairs, but otherwise very nice and warm feeling as you tuck in for a pleasant night's sleep... We travel to this area often and generally always stay here, that says something.. For the price point it's pretty darn nice and we don't ev3n take advantage of all they have to offer.. Thank you for providing this level of comfort..

Everytime I've walked through the door I've always been greated with kindness. The staff is always super friendly and very kind and attentive to any of our questions or needs.. The facility is always clean and comfortable, not to mention very attractive.... The room is always very clean and comfortable...
