Location in a new shopping center

Very clean and comfortable hotel, bike , golf cart rental steps away, very convenient, a few public beaches with bathrooms and showers about 7-10 minute bike ride. However , far from main tourist attractions … at least 25-30 mins bike ride each way…. At night time there’s barely any lighting in bike path back to hotel area, so you must go bike back before dark for safety. Hotel was very clean and had good food options nearby.

This was a great place to stay, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed the stay there and had no problems at all, and I would definitely come back here again.

Vicinity to restaurants, beach and shops was great. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying there again. We stayed there 5 nights and we didn’t get service like we were told.

This place was AMAZING!! We arrived earlier than expected- we were unable to check in immediately but we were given pool key and parking pass. We decided to explore a little and when we returned just to cool down and expected it to be a long while before we could check in- our room was ready. Our receptionist and General manager were great, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved the refrigerator and small kitchenette. We will definitely be here again!! Already planning another trip soon!!

The property is beautiful! It is also very convenient t everything! We will be back very soon.

Wet carpet in our room, shattered outer window in our room, maid service came by once the whole 4 days…didn’t remove trash, pool had scum line at water line

This hotel is no cleaner than any other poorly run, half staffed, roadside no tell motel. Everything in this area is high priced, and usually worth it, but this hotel is not because it does not operate as the upscale hotel it claims to be. Customer service is terrible. There are three manager takes so much pleasure in being rude. I can overlook a half cleaned room occasionally when the service is fantastic, but the service here is horrific. There are many other locations on 30a, directly on the beach, or even just close by that are so much better. Dont let your vacay be less than you expect because you stayed here.

Room cleanliness gets 1 star. There are two kind, competent staffers but the manager is rude and seems to take joy in being as rude as possible. So staff gets two stars. There is no kitchen but restaurants are close by. Nice shops are close by too. This would be a great hotel if the cleanliness and management that makes your stay difficult underwent a complete overhaul.
