River Inn at Seaside

Warm cookies in evening. Good breakfast items. Room was equipped for needs. Easy walk to beach and Broadway strip.

Staff, Kim was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the facilities were maintained clean and well. Liked free cookies they baked in house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay! Friendly staff, great breakfast options, close proximity to town centre and the beach, and located next to a peaceful river. Would definitely recommend this Inn to others!

The hotel was perfect for our needs and close to the main strip and activities.

Room was pretty clean for the most part, my partner found a ton of stray hairs in our bed but we took care of that. Honestly my only gripe is that the photos advertised make the property look way better than it actually is but other than that for the price this hotel is a great stop.

Beds sit too low; deficient elevator service; disjointed tv channels. On the other hand, breakfast was adequate.

Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. The bed, which in my opinion is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, was extremely uncomfortable and left me tired from lack of sleep and physically aching the next day. Our room was on the road/bridge side, and I could hear and even feel every vehicle crossing the bridge, which made sleeping even more difficult. The parking lot is also very small, with cars and trucks packed in so tightly that maneuvering in and out can be challenging. Additionally, I found the friendliness of the male staff lacking, to the point that some interactions came across as almost rude. I really wish my experience had been better because there were things I genuinely enjoyed about the hotel, particularly sitting on the balcony and taking in the river view.

The staff was very kind, communicative in regard to where amenities were, breakfast hours and the times for amenities! The lobby was clean upon entering, we were nicely greeted immediately by Kimberly. The room was very tidy, clean and tons of extra towels which we liked. We got a corner 2nd floor room, the balcony was the perfect touch facing the river! One of the things we didn't like about our stay was the early checkout time. We had arrived late at night so we were able to get a late check-in time, due to our far commute, but they weren't able to help us with a late check-out time. Another thing my husband and I didn't like specifically about our room was the bathroom shower. The shower leaked out so much water we had to put towels all over the floor, you could see where the previous water damage was deteriorating the floor. There was an actual unsafe, unsanitary and unpleasant opening in the floor corner of where the floor and shower met. Not a very safe shower.
