Enchantment

Housekeeping was the worst I've had almost anywhere... Unfortunately this ruined what was otherwise a nice stay. This place is starting to get run down and the rooms need a refresh... Restaurants and serving staff were great.

Enchantment was magical! My family of four stayed four nights and enjoyed every minute. Located in a beautiful, secluded canyon with delicious food, an amazing pool, incredible hikes, helpful staff, and above and beyond amenities, Enchantment is the perfect family getaway.

It's a great resort but certainly well overpriced to cover cost of excessive staff and a lot of unnecessary luxury things like leather box for TV remote control, fancy Nespresso coffee maker or water filter in the rooms. At the same time, there was no laundry facility, no microwaves, coffee maker couldn't just boil water to make tea.

things are pretty self-contained at the resort, but also possible to get to town and explore. Spa was great and lots of trails to hike/bike.

Love this hotel. Probably my favorite place to stay in Sedona!

Our family trip to Enchantment Resort was absolutely amazing. We loved everything about our stay—from the stunning location and breathtaking views to the excellent amenities and exceptional service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations, and we created wonderful family memories that we will cherish for years to come. We highly recommend Enchantment Resort and look forward to returning in the future.

Incredible amenities in a great place for families

Room had a smell to it and wasn’t as aesthetically pleasing as I would like. Perfect location to be in Sedona. I loved hiking and doing mountain biking on the property. Food was good but not delicious. The views were stunning. Staff were the nicest and so helpful.

One of my most favorite places I've ever been this property cannot be beat in Sedona. The views, the staff, the amenities were superb! There is so much to do on this property- sports, spirituality, fitness and wellness, beautiful pool and amazing restaurants, art, stargazing etc the list is endless! Would be great for families too but I enjoyed it with my husband, we will be back!

The property is gorgeous; nestled in a red rock canyon. The staff is wonderful but you pay a premium. Be aware of extra charges tacked on in the end; resort fees and such.

The enchantment was the most amazing place to stay. The pool looking out at the scenery was to die for and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our family enjoyed the complimentary star gazing and the food at tii Gavo was exceptional!!

Incredible location. A short walk to some of the best hiking in the area. Fantastic staff. Clean, comfortable rooms that can be a bit noisy due to adjoining rooms. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay!! From the moment I stepped on property everything was taken care of! Our luggage, room service, pool side concierge. The onsite restaurant and room service were great! The Spa and the services were memorizing!! The property and views were breathtaking.

the property is remote and we felt extremely safe and welcome from the moment we arrived. the views from the property are unreal and breathtaking. the valet/welcome staff and front desk were awesome. the pool is the nicest ive see in 20 years and the tennis courts are amazing. would definitely visit again.

Clean room, They came to clean the room two or three times a day, to the point where I had to put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign. There were activities available throughout the day, And it truly feels like a real getaway.
