We had been traveling all day and were exhausted. The front desk associate was very nice and friendly. She upgraded our queen bed to a king. This simple gesture made our night.

It was a great stay, about 10 minutes away from Cathedral rock. All staff was very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent breakfast. Disappointed and surprised by the $15 parking fee. Never paid one before at any Holiday Inn anywhere. There was plenty of parking; it is not a limited space. There is no airport in Sedona so obviously everyone drives and needs to park. Facility was excellent but the parking fee left a bad taste.

Spacious room and restroom with comfortable bed. Good location. They let us check out 1 hr later. Breakfast was ok.

From checkin to checkout everything went well. Staff was happy to assist with info about the area. Food was fresh and tasty. All staff was working hard.

It was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi is not in working order. Only two of the jets were working the last two times I’ve stayed there.
