The location The floors in room 22 where filthy. I has to buy a mop and mop the floor myself. The water and mop were black. I don't think they mopped at all

The atmosphere, the views, the staff, and the art is amazing at this place. It’s my second time there and I am going back in three weeks The rooms are a little cramp.

The staff at the front desk and throughout the premises were a dream. Everyone was upbeat and accommodating. The seating area in the back near the creek was beautiful, and the lough chairs way in the back on the water were incredible to lay in late at night as the water rushed by.under the moonlight. The bed was firm and comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities, the spa tub was a great added touch. We even had a little patio area with a TV and grill all to.ourselves! The location is 5 mins from slide rock and 10 mins from the main downtown Sedona area and it's easy to get in and out and have access to everything. The property is maintained perfectly, and again, the entire staff is upbeat and eager to help and provide positivity! Could have been a bit cleaner but nothing bad enough to write about.

Secluded, private, relaxing. Close to Sedona and Flagstaff. Staff was super friendly. Room was extremely comfortable, and accommodating.

The walk in shower was very slippery, my husband almost fell, we had to lay a towel down to stand on. Kitchen floor needed to be swept & mopped, there were food under the table also only one spoon. The staff were very attentive & helpful.

There was no unwanted smell in the room; I was able to sleep in comparison to other hotels The parking was limited

The location is lovely and right on the creek. We only stayed one night but it was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Everything was great!

Pretty location with trees and brook. Good distance from hustle and bustle of main town Sedona. Staff was nice. Attached porch was nice. Room was very small with no desk or chair. Significant step into the bathroom which was hazardous at night.
