The lady at the front desk was awesome!

Dear Staff: I forget to mention that there is leak around the bathroom sink. When the faucet is turned on, water appears on the shelf beneath it.

It was great but no fitness center yet

We got in late. The staff was very helpful and friendly got us checked in.

This is the most unclean, unkept hotel we have ever stayed at. The photos do not match the current conditions. There were stains all over sheets, water damage, fear of mold, and just very dirty rooms.

When I went to my room the bathroom had feces in the toilet. When I spoke to a different house keeper she told me the room had not been cleaned. I Went back to the front asked the lady to come check what that was in the toilet. She grabbed rags ensuring she would clean it. She said the same as me feces. However this time she had the housekeeper clean it. I tipped the housekeeper. Then my child and I went to the pool. We just jumped in it was so hot outside. Not realize the pool was infested with wasps. Upon getting out of the pool I took pictures of 15 wasp nests along the building exterior. If we were allergic this could have been dangerous. In the end their attitude got a little better. however I don’t think I’ll come back to this one.

The hotel was under renovation

LaQuinta Seguin is a nice facility and conveniently located near many eating places. The motel is fairly new. It is pet friendly, but there is a pet fee of $25 per pet. The air conditioning worked very good!! The only negative comment I have is about the carpet in the room. It was very dirty!! Don’t wear white socks while walking around your room, they will become disgustingly filthy!! Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The hotel was spotless and staff was welcoming. Only issue was the loud family staying next door. They seemed to get the hint and quieted down. Also the tons of inconsiderate travel ball families at breakfast. They were being rude,barefoot and completely took over the breakfast area. The poor staff looked overwhelmed and over it. It was beyond the hotels control but I would not stay here again of i knew they were hosting such a crowd.

The pool was clean but we were unable to use it due to wasps. Everywhere. The side of the building you could see the wasps nests.

Front desk was helpful during stay for us but not our friends that had their own room. They cleaned the room daily which was nice having fresh towels and beds turned down. Did see 2 roaches in our room, breakfast is ok, building does need some work. Also alot alot of wasps outside. We actually had one in our room with a huge wasp nests outside our windows on 3rd floor

Over all decent no secondary lock on door which were being replaced

I didn’t get my incidentals money back
