The swimming pool was not cleaned prior to using it the morning of July 4. Was at the pool from 10:00-2:00 and no one cleaned it. We didn’t get in the water. Other than that, staff were nice, breakfast was nice, rooms were nice. But the pool water, not so nice

The staff was very friendly and accommodating in our last minute stay due to a family emergency. The team at the front desk, specifically the young woman working the lobby as I checked in, had been so helpful and made our stay a breeze, so much so we booked a second night. The room was clean, the pool was clean, and the staff were not missing a beat. This team truly cares about the property, and it shows. I did ask if we could have our beds made with clean sheets for the second night (I was in the lobby when sheets were being changed in the morning) and this did not happen, we instead received only flat sheets to replace for our second nights stay, but it truly is not too big of a deal, as the staff made up for this in every other interaction we had.

Very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

3rd story?
-
the rooms are hit and miss. I stay often for business, but have had several rooms where the ac did not cool or the room had a peculiar odor. It is not the worst hotel I've stayed in so as long as the price is reasonable, I will continue to stay there.

the first room was flooded snd the second room wad in bad shape
-
They did not have my room reserved. I had to find a different hotel

Very clean and friendly staff... Even though they are renovating the hotel, it was perfectly located for a softball tournament!!! Nothing against the hotel... There is construction so the traffic at some points might be a problem...

Everything else was great

The room was great except the ac kept turning off and the room would get hot. Tossed and turned all night. We also wanted to sit by the pool, dip our feet in the water while I smoked, but was told that is not allowed. Other than that enjoyed the stay.

This hotel needs some maintenance and friendlier staff.
-
Mangement/owner is very greedy and unwilling to take care of guests in a productive way. We arrived after 1:00am and they said we would have to pay $35 for a “late check out. We just wanted to stay until 12 so we could try and get as close to 8 hours of sleep.

Clean Hotel needs to update

My room has some issues. The smoke detector was hanging from ceiling, the night safety latch was broken off, the rolling chair was stuck in leaning back position, the bed was not comfortable.
-
Friendly staff Not much for breakfast
-
The lawn and landscaping needed tending to, pet friendly facility, but no where to take my dog to go to the bathroom safely. Hallway carpets looked like there had been water and looked grossly stained.

Sunday morning checkout day. Woken by a crying whining dog in a room near ours.....I understand it's a dog friendly hotel but those rooms should be separate from other lodging rooms. This hotel is just shabby! Ended up paying $155.00 per night for a sub parr room. Light switch barely hanging on the wall, a smoke alarm dangling from the ceiling, bugs and filth in the window sill and on top of the a/c, broken remote and malfunctioning TV, no housekeeping, poor parking for customers, very noisy. Im very disappointed, what has happened here Wyndam? This hotel is not up to your standards.

We planned to leave very early and planned to make coffee but there was no regular packets, only decaf. When we wanted to check out there was nobody at the desk. We kept calling out "hello" but nobody came. Finally we called the hotel on the phone and somebody showed up. Also, we have asthma/allergies and it was so bad - I guess bc they allow dogs but clearly didn't clean the room well enough. Never La Quinta again.

Hotel is not worth the trouble.
