Best Western Colonial Inn

The size and layout of the King Suite with Balcony room was perfect -room just need very thorough cleaning and updating. The parking security light shined right on the balcony so we couldn't enjoy it in the evening - it was lovely in the morning except for the noisy traffic. Balcony floor was very dirty and sticky also. That bright parking lot security light shone in the bedroom through the gap in the blackout curtains that didn't close all the way. We appreciate that it's a pet friendly hotel - but if you are going to have carpeted rooms, you have to clean the carpets - there were stains and sticky spots from dog pee our feet were very dirty and sticky and the room smelled very musty.

The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean, and the continental breakfast with free bottle of water was a plus.

The property was well kept. I traveled with a 1.5 year old child and when I asked for a high chair. The staff said that there were no high chairs. Please consider providing high chairs for families that travel to this location. It was kind of hard to eat my meal during breakfast hours and having to hold the 1.5 y/o on my lap.

Clean and accessible from the freeway Staff was accommodating and easy to deal with Reserved online and everything was so easy

The tv took some figuring out and it would have been nice to have explicit instructions, but other than that my stay was good

Good safe location with easy freeway access. Free parking. Clean rooms. Enjoyed the breakfast. Would stay here again if we are in the area and need a place to stay.

Hotel was ok clean for the age of it. Bed was super hard. Pillows as well. Great dog run/potty break area.

The rooms are very clean. The entire staff is friendly and helpful during each of our stays.

We had a quick stay at this hotel, we got to our hotel dropped off our luggage turned the AC on and left to a party when we got back five or six hours later the room smelled like pee. I woke up in the morning there were Roaches in the bathroom. I woke up my family,packed everything up and we were out of that room in five minutes.

Breakfast was amazing!! The pool was great!! Everything was clean and the staff was so nice and amazing!!!

We were treated great and had a good time. Easy to get to the national parks, ocean, everyone there was very nice.

Room stayed cool, quiet, the bathtub creaked like would eventually fall through.

The overall customer rating, photos, and room rate made it seem like the hotel facility was going to be very nice, however, there were many issues that didn’t meet our expectations. Some issues were the obscure location behind the Walgreens and Taco Bell Parking lots, the unpleasant smell in the room, and even more so in the elevator, the shower floor was creaky and felt like it was going to fall through, an the shower water temperature never got hot enough.

This is a great place to stay.
