Best Western Seminole Inn & Suites

The hotel itself is a nice hotel for the price. The only complaint I have is the beds and pillows. The beds are like laying on concrete with a little Dixie cup sized pillow. I am a tall person and could have used a bigger pillow but the main issue is the beds. They are so bad I had to do bed yoga before I could even think about getting out of there. We asked another guy who also said his bed was hard, but his pillow was his issue. We checked the bed frame, it's a futon frame with the mattress put on it. Which led to concrete mattress issue. I would stay again but would be bringing a mattress pad for comfort 😬

I had a sudden death in the family, and in my rush of going through the cancellation process, I didn’t hit finish. So the hotel charged me for a night that I didn’t get to stay there, because I was out of town making funeral arrangements. I requested a credit so I could stay for two days within the next two weeks of my missed reservation, and they declined. I did not recognize that I had still been checked in until it was drafted out of my account. It was an honest mistake and they decline to help me.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Nice to have free cookies in the lobby each evening. Breakfast was good and staff was there keeping it full and cleaned up. My only complaint was the coffee was terrible. The pool was nice. It was hot in the pool room, but the space was clean.

The next morning, I informed the front desk about the issue, and the only response I received was, “Okay.” There was no apology and no indication that they would address the problem. I do not recommend staying here if you don’t want to risk finding cockroaches in your belongings or taking them home with you.

Stay was pleasant. Breakfast bar had fresh fruit and great coffee.

I went for a vacation, not for business when I arrived. My room was clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was a real breakfast.

The property was kinda like outdated and to me it smelled like mildew or like something old. The beds were hard as rock, so I would never choose or stay a best Western again.

This was a good stay and my previous experience with BW predisposes me to like them. This was no different to others I've stayed in, generally clean, comfortable, convenient, nice room and a pleasant helpful staff, easy parking and a good breakfast. Staff were able to recommend a Chinese food restaurant nearby. Huge portions, lovely staff, good food. The dead cockroaches on the entryway carpet in the morning. There were a couple of them. As a facilities manager who's worked in the tropics and Mediterranean, I'm, used to dealing with cockroaches and it's perfectly possible to contain them. If you're going to skimp on cockroach control, I suggest youn brief the early morning staff to get rid of the evidence before the guests see it.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and gracious. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall our stay there was a very good experience.

The breakfast was good. I would’ve really liked my own coffee pot in my own room.

It was fresh but not impressive. 100% orange juice was not even close to being orange juice. Eggs were round hard and unflavored. Toaster only toasted one side. No fruit or bacon or sausage.
